I have been a tenant here for about 3 years, A recent change in ownership that also included a change of staffing at the front desk has brought on lots of changes. I am super happy with the new staff they are professional and punctual, prior to the change the front desk was never staffed, people were living in units, there were break-ins, overall disarray. I did a review about 5 months ago! Before it was Sergio and crew! They were Awesome took time to talk and listen to our concern! Now we have Ivan and the crew! They are very friendly and treat everyone with respect! They are top notch as well! Good place to rent from! The place is clean!
If I could give zero star, I would! I love to give positive reviews, but unfortunately, this business has left us so distraught and disappointed. This Storage Unit was formerly known as Stor'em Storage, new company took over April 2023 now Prime (aka Crime) Storage. The front desk personale Eileen seemed like such a sweet and genuine lady.
