I just wanted to give a positive review to Chris that manages the prime storage in Murray Utah. Chris is always there to help you, the facility is very clean, and I feel safe when I am there. I would give a 10 for the facility and a high recommendation for prime storage! When my lights were not working they were repaired! When I needed help with my pull for my door, he was there! I can’t thank him enough for the great service!
The office workers are great. But for how much you pay each month it's NOT WORTH IT. The power is down 1-3 times a week minimum. Yet you pay for electricity every month of $25 even though it's down CONSTANTLY!!!!! And the late fees are a joke. Your supposed to have a 5 day grace period and sometimes your given it and other times they charge you a $140 late fee on day 4. And yes the late fee is $140 minimum. Worst storage experience at Murray, Utah location. Rodents and rodent droppings everywhere. Roofed leaked badly and ruined my things in 2 units. Terrible doors. One unit I could not get open because the door was faulty. The other unit the door slammed shut with me inside with no phone on a cold January day and not knowing how to get the door back open. Chris was extremely helpful and helped me get a unit as soon as one was available and did everything he could to make my move in easy. He was also friendly and nice to work with!
Chris the manager has been nothing but helpful in getting us set up and ready to go. I would recommend this location to anyone, it’s clean and secure and the manager is the bomb
