Prime storage was absolutely amazing for us. We needed a storage unit quick and they were able to take care of us. Virgil was amazing helping us get everything set up and then when we were ready to move out he was amazing at helping once again. Overall great experience.
The manager is everything the reviews claims him to be and I would 100% pay double to keep this unit because the customer service he provides is nothing short of a 5 star luxury hotel would be. This company should give him a raise for sure, I can almost guarantee they arent paying him what he is truly worth because that would be priceless.
We just got a storage and Virgil was so nice and gave us everything we needed and was so friendly and made sure that we were taken care of! Ask for Virgil he’s the best!
Outstanding customer service provided, particularly by the location manager. Class act of a man. Security at this location is good in the outdoor units but very questionable and vulnerable in the indoor units. Something to keep in mind, besides that.. solid experience here in over 2 years of renting two units.
Great place!!! Units are spacious, Virgil the guy at the front desk is super friendly and helpful and really great at his job, property is very clean and kept up with, everyone seems really nice that I've come across.
