I was there about 7 years. Decent place. Onsite trailer dump, water in 2 locations and bathroom. Units have power, lighting and remote control automatic garage doors. You do pay a premium. Good community of people. It changed hands 3 times while I was there. Each time they pulled back on amenities and raised the rent. They removed 2 water spigots, access to dumpster and limited the access to the facility from the remote control to an app that never worked. Natalie, is great to work with. Love that they have commercial sized units that can get large trucks in. Place is clean and well kept.
I didn't know anything about storage or what size I would need, but Natalie was the BEST! After I told her what I was storing. She knew the exact size I needed. Thank you Natalie for great customer service😊
Prime Storage is a great place to store your thing. Great clean location. We came in for storage rates and left with a storage agreement. Natalie has great customer service! Her hospitality helped us make our decision. Would definitely recommend this place!
