I was there about 7 years. Decent place. Onsite trailer dump, water in 2 locations and bathroom. Units have power, lighting and remote control automatic garage doors. You do pay a premium. Good community of people. It changed hands 3 times while I was there. Each time they pulled back on amenities and raised the rent. They removed 2 water spigots, access to dumpster and limited the access to the facility from the remote control to an app that never worked. Natalie, is great to work with. Love that they have commercial sized units that can get large trucks in. Place is clean and well kept.
Great service and wonderful facilities...Natalie has really changed the place overall for the better.
Prt 1, When I visited this Prime storage facility I noticed that it was very well kept. When I went inside to inquire, the manager Natalie, was very informative, polite, and easy to work with. She helped me to set up the app to open the gate, just very helpful. Prt 2, 9/2025 I needed a use for a second unit in a hurry for work related reasons so I talked with Natalie and within minutes she had me a second unit close to the one that I rent now.
