Stopped by to get rates and take a look at a large storage unit. I was very impressed with the look of the facility. The location is perfect. I was helped by Natalie. She was very polite and professional, and she made me feel most welcomed. She answered all my questions with confidence making me feel reassured about my choice of unit. Prt 1, When I visited this Prime storage facility I noticed that it was very well kept. When I went inside to inquire, the manager Natalie, was very informative, polite, and easy to work with. She helped me to set up the app to open the gate, just very helpful. Prt 2, 9/2025 I needed a use for a second unit in a hurry for work related reasons so I talked with Natalie and within minutes she had me a second unit close to the one that I rent now.
