The staff at Prime Storage made securing an outside parking spot for our vehicle very easy. From the first contact by phone to the drop off of our vehicle, everything was seamless. Forms were sent by email and filled out electronically. Kudos to the staff! Outdoor parking spaces need better identification. The markings on the pavement were almost nonexistent. This is the reason for 4 star rating.
My husband and I came in to rent for our business. The facility was so clean, and Lisa in the office was so kind and helpful. She showed us around and helped us with a reservation for next month which is exactly what we needed. Thanks Lisa and Prime.
Easy to sign up, and I liked that you don't have to sign a contract. The facility has a locked fenced area that can be accessed by using your assigned code 24 hours a day.
Good things about prime storage: 1) reasonable prices 2) good location 3) low traffic in area Things that could be improved 1) don’t raise prices for tenants without notice 2) keep the man gate closed and locked 3) ensure the truck gate operates at times during business hours. Too many times has the gate been stuck open
Customer service from Daniel is excellent. The units are very spacious and clean. Excellent place to store my things.
