Customer service from Daniel is excellent. The units are very spacious and clean. Excellent place to store my things.
I needed a larger space to essentially empty out my garage, as I am in the process of moving. This is a nice, clean, facility in a quiet neighborhood. The units are definitely larger than most I've been able to find in Utah county. The units also have power, and heating (no AC). The issue for me is the nearly immediate rate hike after moving. Easy to sign up, and I liked that you don't have to sign a contract. The facility has a locked fenced area that can be accessed by using your assigned code 24 hours a day.
Good things about prime storage: 1) reasonable prices 2) good location 3) low traffic in area Things that could be improved 1) don’t raise prices for tenants without notice 2) keep the man gate closed and locked 3) ensure the truck gate operates at times during business hours. Too many times has the gate been stuck open
Fantastic place for storage! Lots of space, the lot is clean, the units are large, and the staff are wonderful!
