The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Makenzee especially went above and beyond to answer my questions and make the whole process simple. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her job.
Great experience with Prime Storage. Finding a space like this was quite difficult, but it was spacious and clean and heated--which was what I needed. They were very helpful and responsive during the move-in. I expected to use the space much longer, but had a change of plans. Move-out was just as easy and they were still very helpful and kind.
