I needed a larger space to essentially empty out my garage, as I am in the process of moving. This is a nice, clean, facility in a quiet neighborhood. The units are definitely larger than most I've been able to find in Utah county. The units also have power, and heating (no AC). The issue for me is the nearly immediate rate hike after moving. Good things about prime storage: 1) reasonable prices 2) good location 3) low traffic in area Things that could be improved 1) don’t raise prices for tenants without notice 2) keep the man gate closed and locked 3) ensure the truck gate operates at times during business hours. Too many times has the gate been stuck open
The staff here has been very friendly and helpful.We had issues with the lock box and needed to get it replaced and they quickly took it off and were able to give us a new one for our unit
Had a great experience setting everything up with Prime Storage Daniel was a great help! Smooth process and great rates!
Have had two units here for a couple years. Never a problem, always clean and well cared for grounds, well lit at night. And when I lose my opener Daniel is awesome and always helps me get it in!
