The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Makenzee especially went above and beyond to answer my questions and make the whole process simple. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her job.

I believe in this facility because they always have great service through the staff and the storage system they use. They have bigger units available with lots of space and an outdoor area to store your vehicle, boat, or RV. The location is in a small and quiet neighborhood which I prefer the privacy over a busy area and busy roads. Easy to get to. The staff in this location are always very helpful when ever I have a question and in need of an answer. Thank you prime storage.

The on-site manager, Daniel, is the best. He is accommodating and very helpful. He is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean. Our biggest issue is with Prime Storage upper management. Over the two years we have rented a unit, the rent increased some 26%. We recently rented a second smaller unit to move into from the larger unit, and the rent was increased 10% on that unit after only two months.
