The on-site manager, Daniel, is the best. He is accommodating and very helpful. He is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean. Our biggest issue is with Prime Storage upper management. Over the two years we have rented a unit, the rent increased some 26%. We recently rented a second smaller unit to move into from the larger unit, and the rent was increased 10% on that unit after only two months.

This was just what I was looking for. I needed storage for my full house and garage. Daniel was very helpful and showed me the property and was very knowledgeable about the facility. Will be recommending!

My husband and I came in to rent for our business. The facility was so clean, and Lisa in the office was so kind and helpful. She showed us around and helped us with a reservation for next month which is exactly what we needed. Thanks Lisa and Prime.

The staff at Prime Storage made securing an outside parking spot for our vehicle very easy. From the first contact by phone to the drop off of our vehicle, everything was seamless. Forms were sent by email and filled out electronically. Kudos to the staff! Outdoor parking spaces need better identification. The markings on the pavement were almost nonexistent. This is the reason for 4 star rating.

Clean and best looking storage units I’ve seen, Lisa at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Good service in my honest opinion
