The place is kept up pretty good, but they intentionally bring you in with low rates and then increase your rates every few months. My rate had doubled in about 5 months from what I originally signed. They also said the first month was free and then made up reasons to charge additional fees for signing up. Crooked business practices,, go elsewhere.

I love the storage space. Easy to get into while kept property. We've had a unit here for years and have had a great experience.
If you need a parking spot for a vehicle I recommend Mapleton Prime Storage. I didn't need anything covered or fancy. Just a spot to park my work truck. Daniel answered all of my questions, thanks Daniel!
Prime Storage gave me a place to safely store my RV. Easy access and easy set up. Thank you for making this very easy to set up and ultimately close my acct. The pricing was very fair as well.
