Lisa has been so refreshing since she came to this location! She recently helped me get into a larger unit and I honestly felt like I’m dealing with a close friend! It makes doing business so nice and less stressful! I really enjoy her professionalism and attentiveness! Great experience every time we interact!!
Bad customer service, AC doesn’t work, we stay there for 1 year and never got flx. We have a commercial front unit with poor quality shades never got replaced. Restrooms are disgusting . Don’t rent in this place.
I used this business for years. I had nothing but great experiences on my visits. The place is always clean and the associates, Lisa and Mark, have very helpful. They are just great. I had to close my account for now but, I will be back. Thank you folks. Mike
Worst customer service. Never in the office. Lock your unit if your bill goes 6 days past due. Don't return messages left on the answering system. Don't return calls and messages left at their call center. Keeps the on-site bathrooms locked with a pad lock even though they give you a code for the bathroom door. Being polite on the phone is not the totality of customer service. I have made numerous trips to this facility to access tools that I use for work and have been refused access. Worst experience I have ever had with a business. I started renting in September of 2023 and I was not on any promotional rate. In March of 2024 I received an email stating they would be doubling my rate in 15 days. Since March I have been asking them to at least reapply my government rate discount I had before, but they tell me that upper level management can only do that.
