Payed for 24 hour access for them to email me they were taking it away for no apparent reason. Also says no dogs and there’s been at least 7 different dogs walking on property, multiple live in tenants.. the make from the staff is not the nicest person in the world by any measure. I had an excellent experience at Prime Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access — but what really made the difference was the customer service. Delia is absolutely amazing! She is welcoming, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. Ariadna was very kind and helpful! She walked us out to a couple different units and showed us the best space for our budget and all the items we had to store! Ari made the move in process super easy and fast! We got a new unit and move our stuff in so fast! Extra space has nothing compared to these workers! :)
No stars for this storage facilty. They were very bad and rude since day one. 1st there gate to enter the facility was broke for like 2-3 months. So it was completetly opened. 2nd . Then they got it closed and coulnt opene it. I couldnt pull out my trailer twice becuase of this. 3rd I called then numerous times with no answer . all i got was we are trying all we can tell you. I had such a great experience here! Ari amazing — very professional, friendly, and informative. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process super easy. The storage units are spotless and well-maintained, and the facility is very convenient to get in and out of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how clean and organized everything is. Highly recommend!
