This review is for Samantha & Delia as I have never had any more curtious, informative, and extremely professional staff members. They have made my experience in this storage location very pleasant as they walked me through everything and answered all my questions I had in mind before asking. I highly recommend this location! 😊 The pictures are of their front office as they have remodeled and moved the front office to the left side of the sign shown.
I’ve had an amazing experience with Prime Storage in Lake Elsinore! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Tony was great at getting me a great space. Then Samantha and Dahlia stepped in and took the time to follow up for Tony and made sure I was locked into my space, answering my questions and making me feel secure. These Managers make a great team and are the kind of professionals that make a company great.
