He was very transparent about potential rental increases after 5–6 months, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a smooth rental experience.

5 star for very clean facilities is what I look for and its their only great feature. 2 star for not clarifying the increase in rental every 3 months. But I guess that was my problem to read all the tiny details on your contract. Yes, do read every single line before signing. It started at low $30 in less than a year has doubled in price. Everything was great until our lock was cut and things were stolen , then I filed a complaint and a police report Everything was sent to thr storage insurance and they never got back to me , kept calling and emailing and they even blocked me . I was fed up so I left my stuff is safer somewhere else . I’ve been a customer at Prime Storage for a while, and I recently had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Ricardo. It was great finally dealing with a true professional. In the past, I had some issues with communication, but Ricardo was very attentive, helpful, and took the time to address my concerns.
