Amazing customer service provided by Delia!! She was kind and you can tell she’s a professional there. She has lots of knowledge on her job and was able to answer all my questions!! Not only that, but I think she was training another employee when she was helping me out. From what I heard she was kind, patient, and very detailed when training him. In addition, the units are huge and they have lots of variety in size. This is the place to go if you need to rent out a storage unit!!
This review is for Samantha & Delia as I have never had any more curtious, informative, and extremely professional staff members. They have made my experience in this storage location very pleasant as they walked me through everything and answered all my questions I had in mind before asking. I highly recommend this location! 😊 The pictures are of their front office as they have remodeled and moved the front office to the left side of the sign shown.
Ari helped make a stressful last minute situation smooth and easy to tackle. The facility is very clean, safe, and sound and I would highly recommend them due to their professional manner and mannerisms plus a positive attitude is always a breathe of fresh air especially coming from the east coast 👀 10/10 service.
amazing experience of engaging with Delia. I've seen substitute prime employees come and go but Delia is definitely deserving of a raise or promotion. Sometimes she's alone at the front desk but manages to multi- task and still run the operation. Great customer service, Friendliness, Patience, understanding and very helpful. Very positive experience Thank you Delia!!
After one month they raise my Storage fees up $30. I called in very very upset as I have never seen a Storage company raise rent that soon. I called and spoke to Dalia who was able to get my rates back to the original amount. This five star is for her for being so understanding and helpful.
