I had such a great experience here! Ari amazing — very professional, friendly, and informative. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process super easy. The storage units are spotless and well-maintained, and the facility is very convenient to get in and out of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how clean and organized everything is. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service provided by Delia!! She was kind and you can tell she’s a professional there. She has lots of knowledge on her job and was able to answer all my questions!! Not only that, but I think she was training another employee when she was helping me out. From what I heard she was kind, patient, and very detailed when training him. In addition, the units are huge and they have lots of variety in size. This is the place to go if you need to rent out a storage unit!!
Arie and Deidre if I remembered their names correctly were absolutely a joy to work with. We made the process simple and I appreciate it. Once I got to the storage unit I was again pleasantly surprised that it was close to the end and very clean. All in all, as so far I call this transaction five stars. Thank you ladies!!!
My rent went from $600.00 a month to $1000.00 in less than 90 days. If you want to have a storage for longer than 60 days this is not the place. From what I was paying initially it doubled in less than a year. The bathroom was great and clean and accessible. That was the best part. I was lied to about the rent increase just to get me there I vacated all the 4 l found a bigger space for $75.00 less than I originally rented there.
