Arriving here at prime Storage has given me the opportunity to deal with a very professional young lady by the name of Francis. She is very helpful, polite, and air all of this with a smile. I recommend prime Storage to anyone who is looking for a secured and friendly atmosphere
** UPDATE** I have lowered my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Although I received polite service, the representative did not follow through as she said she would. I e-mailed and requested an update on 10/13 and have received no response in over 72 hours. **Original Review** I stopped by with a billing issue and Michelle was very helpful. She was able to fix my billing issue and assisted me in getting my online account set up successfully.

Michelle the new manager was extremely courteous! She came by to introduce herself and ask if there was any maintenance needed on my unit. She also answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, took extra time to make sure all my questions were answered and left the door open to come by if I had any more I could think of. That level of attentiveness is unexpected in most places these days but was even more surprising that it happened at my storage rental. Philip helped me so much to get my storage unit on the same day in less than 30 minutes!! I really appreciated the support, effort, and care that Philip gave me. I now have a safe place for a few months and someone who didn’t haggle me and made sure I got a unit for me not the most expensive one.
