Worst experience of customer service ever. 15 years I was at this location. Raised it 100.00 last year & 100.00 this year. Same price for 14 years notices not received. Had info from 15 years ago. Gave 30 days notice but they said it was verbal so not verified. Can’t wait to get out of here. Would not store anything here. Then, after I walked it with the manager, he proceeded to make me wait for another 15 minutes while he helped another customer who was also pissed off at them.

This place disgusts me. It used to be a fantastic family owned place, but they sold out to this greedy corporation. Management is beyond rude and incompetent. Blaming me, a customer for 6 years, for their continual admin mistakes as they transitioned their take over. I can't even express here in words how rude and unprofessional they are. Meeting Ernst left me with an assurance that I was in good hands. I'm glad I can trust a manager like this man, he is always kind, caring, and considerate. Most days that I am there and when I see him performing his rounds along the unit, he is always personable and endearing. I'm glad to know that I can trust him with my problems, payments, and in my exuberance being able to work out of the offices in this facility. I probably called or visited a dozen storage facilities trying to find a suitable location for our group. Adequate space and access at a reasonable price was my main focus but the key factor in my decision was your on-site manager, Courtney. She was great to work with and understood our needs better than any other facility. Even after my first conversation with Courtney, I knew I wanted to go with your facility because I found her easy to work with.

I Love this Place ! Courtney was Amazing with helping me get set up and Answering All of my questions today! Very Friendly and Went Above and beyond ! Francis was really Nice as well with getting my info over the phone on Wednesday! And showing me around ! Highly recommend!! 👍🏼👍🏼
