Nightmare! Imagine you close a deal for a unit 5x6 with 24 hr access. On following day at night (10pm) you come to your unit after traveling 1h/50 miles, full of boxes. And there you realize your access code is not working! You go to their office and discover they forgot it unlocked with nobody there! Arriving here at prime Storage has given me the opportunity to deal with a very professional young lady by the name of Francis. She is very helpful, polite, and air all of this with a smile. I recommend prime Storage to anyone who is looking for a secured and friendly atmosphere
** UPDATE** I have lowered my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Although I received polite service, the representative did not follow through as she said she would. I e-mailed and requested an update on 10/13 and have received no response in over 72 hours. **Original Review** I stopped by with a billing issue and Michelle was very helpful. She was able to fix my billing issue and assisted me in getting my online account set up successfully.
This place is obviously run by a corporate entity. The young lady that I dealt with in getting the storage unit on the phone was fine. The on site person that I deal with is amazing and friendly. I walked in and paid rent by check one time to another person on site. And then I got an unfriendly warning about incurring a late fee from corporate.
