Frances at Prime Storage was friendly, patient & helpful. She went through all of the available storage options & special offers & really worked well with us. The storage units are clean & secure. We especially like the 7-day a week access to the unit.
Philip helped me so much to get my storage unit on the same day in less than 30 minutes!! I really appreciated the support, effort, and care that Philip gave me. I now have a safe place for a few months and someone who didn’t haggle me and made sure I got a unit for me not the most expensive one.
When I gave notice that I was moving out I was told that I only needed to give a 3 day notice but as I was told by 2 different employees I was to give a 15 day notice. There is a sign on the gate stating save some time and scan the QR code to give your notice of moving with a 15 day. I was then explained that I would have to pay the full month because there is no partial payments for the month even if I’m staying like 5 days after my due date..
