Nightmare! Imagine you close a deal for a unit 5x6 with 24 hr access. On following day at night (10pm) you come to your unit after traveling 1h/50 miles, full of boxes. And there you realize your access code is not working! You go to their office and discover they forgot it unlocked with nobody there! I've just rented a 5x10 a few months ago and needed to upgrade to a larger space the gentleman was able to get me into a larger space and the first month free so now I've got the time to transfer my stuff and not be in a rush. Extremely happy with the way he was able to accommodate me. Very nice guy and professional

** UPDATE** I have lowered my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Although I received polite service, the representative did not follow through as she said she would. I e-mailed and requested an update on 10/13 and have received no response in over 72 hours. **Original Review** I stopped by with a billing issue and Michelle was very helpful. She was able to fix my billing issue and assisted me in getting my online account set up successfully.
