Jous ıs one of best property managers I have meet. He has been super helpful and nice to me. Even though I have had a bad experience here with the company and other managers. Thank you again Jous I appreciate you.
Nightmare! Imagine you close a deal for a unit 5x6 with 24 hr access. On following day at night (10pm) you come to your unit after traveling 1h/50 miles, full of boxes. And there you realize your access code is not working! You go to their office and discover they forgot it unlocked with nobody there! And you call their number and realize the supervisor for emergencies do not have access to system at all! And you wait for them to find a solution but they didn’t?! That I had to book a hotel because of that?! That I was ... read more
Great storage units at a decent price. Military friendly. Jennifer and Jous did a Great job transitioning us to a downsized unit as well. Highly recommend this place. Thanks!
Raised the price on my unit every two months. When I was moving out I contacted Prime Storage on multiple occasions and I was sent to corporate , never an employee in Poway store, and talked to a person who would relay my message to the local Poway location and three weeks later I have still had a return call. Found another rental unit at 1/2 the cost and I can actually talk to the local manager of the facility.
5 star service! I was paying almost double the price of a storage unit and the manager over at Prime Storage in Poway was able to save me half of what I was paying at the other place and got a bigger unit here. The facilities are well kept, and the manager, Eddie, was very easy and pleasant to deal with! I will be recommending Prime Storage of Poway to everyone I can! THANK YOU!
