I would to start off by saying that the employee that helped me named Kitty was an absolute blessing! I am not from thr area so was very hesitant about getting a storage unit to begin with, but Kitty was such an amazing help and eased my worries right away. Not only was her customer service excellent so was her advice. She was so kind and helpful. I strongly suggest using their facilities if you need to! Thank you so much!

I’m writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I’ve received from the ms. Kitty and ms. Teresa who work in this office. They are incredibly attentive to your concerns and have answered all my questions thoroughly. I had past storage issues, but they were able to address them and provide me with all the security information I needed. The employees are very informative about the property. The property was very clean. I was taken out on the property by Ms. Kitty. She showed me different units and helped me pick the correct size unit. Please continue to hire employees such as the ones that are at Forbes Road. Thank you, Margaret

Easy to get into and out of. No issues. Staff always willing to help and answer questions. Felt safe keeping my car stored here.

Love it! The facility is so clean, and well maintained! The carts provided to assist in moving your contents is so helpful and was such a pleasant surprise! The rates are fantastic and the employees and service are out of this world! Everything about this place gets 5 stars! Highly recommend to anyone!
