They are incredibly attentive to your concerns and have answered all my questions thoroughly. Love it! The facility is so clean, and well maintained! The carts provided to assist in moving your contents is so helpful and was such a pleasant surprise! The rates are fantastic and the employees and service are out of this world! Everything about this place gets 5 stars! Highly recommend to anyone!
Kitty is a wonderful caring person she helped me get a unit size I needed. I was getting lunch after I got an unit she so kindly suggested a restaurant I had never been to and it was outstanding. I'm going to tell all my family and friends to check out prime storage and Kitty is the one to talk to cause she is awesome. Thanks prime great experience.
Great place to store your stuff. Pricing is good, has a lot of security cameras and very clean units. Think her name is either Katie or Kitty that works the front desk, She's amazing. I'm going through some hard times and she has been very sweet and empathetic.
After having a terrible experience with Public Storage I decided to give Prime Storage a try. The lady at the front desk was so nice and knowledgeable. She helped me to pick out a unit based on the the amount and sizes of the things that I was storing. Everything fit perfectly! The price was unbelievably low and the storage units were so clean. I was extremely satisfied with Prime Storage and would highly recommend their services:)
