Kitty is a wonderful caring person she helped me get a unit size I needed. I was getting lunch after I got an unit she so kindly suggested a restaurant I had never been to and it was outstanding. I'm going to tell all my family and friends to check out prime storage and Kitty is the one to talk to cause she is awesome. Thanks prime great experience.
Great place to store your stuff. Pricing is good, has a lot of security cameras and very clean units. Think her name is either Katie or Kitty that works the front desk, She's amazing. I'm going through some hard times and she has been very sweet and empathetic.
After having a terrible experience with Public Storage I decided to give Prime Storage a try. The lady at the front desk was so nice and knowledgeable. She helped me to pick out a unit based on the the amount and sizes of the things that I was storing. Everything fit perfectly! The price was unbelievably low and the storage units were so clean. I was extremely satisfied with Prime Storage and would highly recommend their services:)
This location still has a broken security gate almost 90 days now. The purpose of me choosing the location was the added security. Asked for discount until corrected and was told it can’t be offered. Patrons are allowed to come in and out at all hours regardless if they have a unit or just hanging out. Also received an email from Corporate stating my bill was going to double out of nowhere. I recently used Prime Storage to store my items and had a great experience. Kitty, the property manager, was awesome and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her customer service made everything run smoothly. The only downside was the lack of a trash bin to discard items and a shred bin for documents. It would be a great service enhancement if they offered a shred bin and even charged customers for the convenience.
