A really nice facility. The manager is awesome and helpful!! Very polite and eager to help. I'm so glad I came across this facility! And the prices very affordable.
The staff changed often. The doors were locked when they were supposed to be open for business. They kept taking the monthly charges from my account without my permission. I was never set up on bank draft. They are double what most other locations charge. You can do better and pay less
I would to start off by saying that the employee that helped me named Kitty was an absolute blessing! I am not from thr area so was very hesitant about getting a storage unit to begin with, but Kitty was such an amazing help and eased my worries right away. Not only was her customer service excellent so was her advice. She was so kind and helpful. I strongly suggest using their facilities if you need to! Thank you so much!
Kitty at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, polite and made my move in super easy. I highly recommend Prime Storage over Public Storage any day!!
