This location in Gastonia is well-maintained and kept exceptionally clean. Kitty in the office has always been helpful, efficient, and considerate when assisting me and other folks I’ve seen in the office looking to rent space. Many self-storage offices have a revolving door with personnel, so it's really good that Kitty has been there for some time. I'm certain that the company must value her knowledge and great customer service skills!

A really nice facility. The manager is awesome and helpful!! Very polite and eager to help. I'm so glad I came across this facility! And the prices very affordable.

The staff changed often. The doors were locked when they were supposed to be open for business. They kept taking the monthly charges from my account without my permission. I was never set up on bank draft. They are double what most other locations charge. You can do better and pay less

Great rentals, easy to get a unit, affordable pricing! Listen well to the customers & the needs! Kitty was such a great help- even took the time to show me around the property! I recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to GET ONE FROM THEM!!!

Unit was good and front desk service is great but prices are not predictable. It’s a monthly contract and they doubled my rate after only three months, so I ended my lease and went elsewhere. Lots of other good places with better rates in the area.
