I recently used Prime Storage to store my items and had a great experience. Kitty, the property manager, was awesome and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her customer service made everything run smoothly. The only downside was the lack of a trash bin to discard items and a shred bin for documents. It would be a great service enhancement if they offered a shred bin and even charged customers for the convenience.
