I would to start off by saying that the employee that helped me named Kitty was an absolute blessing! I am not from thr area so was very hesitant about getting a storage unit to begin with, but Kitty was such an amazing help and eased my worries right away. Not only was her customer service excellent so was her advice. She was so kind and helpful. I strongly suggest using their facilities if you need to! Thank you so much!

The employees are very informative about the property. The property was very clean. I was taken out on the property by Ms. Kitty. She showed me different units and helped me pick the correct size unit. Please continue to hire employees such as the ones that are at Forbes Road. Thank you, Margaret
Love it! The facility is so clean, and well maintained! The carts provided to assist in moving your contents is so helpful and was such a pleasant surprise! The rates are fantastic and the employees and service are out of this world! Everything about this place gets 5 stars! Highly recommend to anyone!
The customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a nice and smooth transition to my new apt! Every time i needed to enter my storage unit i had easy access. I had one unforeseen circumstance where i made a very late payment and then the power was out so i wasn’t able to gain access at that time when i came to get in my unit.
