I want to thank this location time and time again for helping me each and every month every time I call and ask a question they always answer and are will too help. Lany & Anjelina are always so nice and this time around going into update my lock and my unit I was able to meet Hector and he was so wonderful with helping me upgrade my storage, they have a great team at this location

Storing my business belongings for one year was a pleasant experience at Prime Storage. The entire facility, including my unit, was spotless and very well maintained. The climate control worked perfectly, and I felt completely confident that my belongings were safe and secure. All of the staff was also incredibly friendly and made the process very easy. They raise your monthly charge every three months. The first raise they gave me was nearly 40 dollars a month and now they have raised it again an additional 30 a month. For that rate I would’ve never switched my unit from another storage unit to this one. If you want to be lied to and be very very overcharged store your items here. Honestly save your money and go to a more honest storage unit. Over 200/month for this unit is not worth it what so ever. Save your money. Only had my belongings there for 1 month but what a great place! Great staff and very clean property and units. I will definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Prime Storage!
