The staff was very friendly. I was provided all of the details upfront. The sign up process was very easy! The young lady that assisted me her name is Anjelina. I will look to this company for all my future storage needs. Lany was also very helpful.

The facility is very clean and well maintained and staff is very nice too. very pleased overall. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Storage site was clean and well kept. I had an indoor climate controlled unit. I especially liked that it had a motion sensor light in the unit. I would highly recommend Prime for your storage needs
Workers in the store were helpful. The manager was even helpful but prime storage should be ashamed of themselves. Not even there for 6 mos and my rental amount went up 2 times and it wasnt a $25 increase it was $86 and the second was $72.
