I liked that it was climate controlled. I didn't like how the prices goes up about twice a year. The entry door or exit door was always in non working status. The bathroom either didn't have tissue or paper towels. For the price that charge it should be kept in better shape. I've had the unit for about 6 years. I decided to find one that's cheaper. Which was about $90 cheaper.
Its in the fine print I'm sure! It took 4 months for them to tell me i couldn't get a refund for two semi spots I never used. I did go by there every month until I was told this today 6/25. Getting our camper in and out was easy/hassle free, however prices went from $77/mo to $107/mo in less than four years. Additionally, we had to provide our insurance proof every year right before ours renewed. Therefore they charged us extra for their insurance until ours renewed almost two months later, however they credited it back each time. You've raised your prices at least twice in the last 6 months and every time I go there a garage door is broken, whether entrance or exit. Why are prices going up while you services are shit? You also take forever to repair any issues, administrative included. If prices are going up you should be able to afford to fix your shit. We went somewhere else for a bigger space and a lesser price. We've had some experience with this other company and they are much better to work with. I wanted to give 5 stars but in the year plus that I had my unit, the cost steadily increased every few months until I was paying hundred bucks more than my "introductory" price. Great place other than that
