Getting our camper in and out was easy/hassle free, however prices went from $77/mo to $107/mo in less than four years. Additionally, we had to provide our insurance proof every year right before ours renewed. Therefore they charged us extra for their insurance until ours renewed almost two months later, however they credited it back each time. You've raised your prices at least twice in the last 6 months and every time I go there a garage door is broken, whether entrance or exit. Why are prices going up while you services are shit? You also take forever to repair any issues, administrative included. If prices are going up you should be able to afford to fix your shit. We went somewhere else for a bigger space and a lesser price. We've had some experience with this other company and they are much better to work with. The drive through door(s) are always broken. The exit door has been broke for 3 months now. I even reported that it needed to be looked at before it broke. A month later it broke. But that didn’t stop my rent going up another $10 a month. Why should I pay more when stuff is broken. The floors are always dirty, crickets in the aisles. The carts are always missing.
