Building and units are clean, but in the last few months they jacked the price up by 35%. Plus they filled nearly all of the parking spots outside of the storage facility with temporary storage containers so there is practically no where to park anymore and get your things in or out of your unit. Not convenient and WAY over-priced now.
Exceptional service and accommodations at the Three Chopt location in Richmond. Stewart was more than accommodating and exceeded service expectations. I will definitely use Prime Storage st the Three Chopt location for future storage needs.
