Stuart was very kind and patient with me, explaining all my options and inquiring about things that would be beneficial for me when storing my property at Prime Storage. I was very pleased with his customer service.
This location is really nice. The employees are very helpful. However they have raised my rent three times in the past year and a half. Not terribly happy about that. But they have removed the fee increase for me when asked, so that makes a big difference.
This place used to be great. the regional person ruined it. Stay tuned for screenshots on how they rob people. gotta move out today however the interested federal parties re: Americans with disability act & nameless federal parties are reviewing all relevant invoices & watching this regional guy after what he did. God don’t play about me. & if you added almost $100 to my $417 a month bill to my 2 units without notice & stressed Stuart out to the point he yelled at me know you’re a bad business person. Building and units are clean, but in the last few months they jacked the price up by 35%. Plus they filled nearly all of the parking spots outside of the storage facility with temporary storage containers so there is practically no where to park anymore and get your things in or out of your unit. Not convenient and WAY over-priced now.
Process was fairly easy. Looked at a couple units and Stuart got me registered. He was friendly and accommodating. Thank you Stuart!
