Alexa was so helpful over the phone and solved my request promptly. She was very kind and communicative about reaching out to her supervisor to reassure me we’d be able to make something work. She gave me a call back with an update after we spoke within an hour! Great customer service from her specifically. Thank you so much Alexa!!
Awesome customer service! Stewart has been so awesome with communication and helping us get our unit and answering any questions. He called me to let me know that our lock wasn’t secure. I really appreciated that. They are always responsive and communicate wonderfully. Sometimes I’m there for a while so they have a bathroom that’s accessible, which is super helpful. Best storage unit I've used.
Previously, we were renting an outdoor unit from another facility and incurred bugs and mice. When we found Prime Storage with a large, lighted, indoor unit it was like walking into a luxury hotel! It is easy to load and unload our things and they have plenty of carts for our use. The gate and doors are easy to use for those renting and they also keep others outside. Thanks for a safe and well lit experience. Oh, and the Managers are very professional!
The storage unit was very safe but the people running it were horrible. I was lied to multiple times about their buy now get first month free rule and told it didn’t exist, but it’s the first thing on the website AND there is a giant sign with the deal posted on the front of the building. Additionally, I had specified that I wanted to stop using the storage unit before the end of August so I wouldn’t be charged for September, but when I called in late August to make sure they were canceling it, they charged me a late fee and... read more
