Awesome customer service! Stewart has been so awesome with communication and helping us get our unit and answering any questions. He called me to let me know that our lock wasn’t secure. I really appreciated that. They are always responsive and communicate wonderfully. Sometimes I’m there for a while so they have a bathroom that’s accessible, which is super helpful. Best storage unit I've used.
Previously, we were renting an outdoor unit from another facility and incurred bugs and mice. When we found Prime Storage with a large, lighted, indoor unit it was like walking into a luxury hotel! It is easy to load and unload our things and they have plenty of carts for our use. The gate and doors are easy to use for those renting and they also keep others outside. Thanks for a safe and well lit experience. Oh, and the Managers are very professional!
Alexa was our representative and I can't say enough about her. We did not make our decision lightly and viewed other buildings from other organizations. On our way out, Alexa reminded us about their match policies, security monitoring and 24 hour access and suggested we return. She was so helpful and accommodating that we did return and got a better unit, closer to our home. Alexa showed us around and answered all of our many questions. Alexa is THE best, very helpful and professional. I love this storage unit. I spend a lot of time here organizing and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Highly recommend
