I've been a long time customer for years and the receptionist Kanwal is hands down the best staff I've ever met. She always answer my request patiently such as when I was looking to upgrade and downgrade my unit she'd show all the available units to me tirelessly and even help me measure my storage content and recommend me the best size and location. I had a great experience at Prime Storage. Kanwal at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She made the whole process very easy and answered all my questions patiently. Really appreciate her excellent service. Highly recommend!
What a great service, i mean moving and then getting a good storage is already hard and these guys here especially kanwal, she was superb, helped and guided through every process…. Highly recommend this facility… 👍🏽
I had a small ceiling locker for about 5 years. Service was always good and friendly. No issues. It was a bit of a pain to climb the ladder to get up to my locker. But if you only need minimal access (like once a year) to a small amount of sfuff, it's not too bad. It was one of their lower priced lockers. Billing was easy to deal with. I would recommend if it is in your budget.
This was my first time using a storage facility. My son is attending BCIT and needed a place to store his things during the summer months in between semesters. Prime Storage was located close the school. The initial tour was good, the host working at the counter was very pleasant. The facility is nice, clean, and security is good.
