We came looking for storage and the front desk was super super helpful. Very kind and nice folks. The facility is also super clean and climate control. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in Vancouver
Very accommodating. I had some issues with my application; the manager handled it patiently and meticulously. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She showed me around and helped compare different storage units so I could come up with an informed choice. The facility is very clean and organized. I will surely recommend this to others.
Our experience has been absolutely wonderful. The assistant manager gave us tour of the place to make sure we knew where to find our unit and made sure everything was to our liking and made sure the unit made sense for our needs. It’s only our first day but highly recommend Prime Storage.
Raised the price by over 1/3, over $100. They said their notice was in email. After calling, they (I think the assistant manager) said they would reduce the price, but not much. I hung up. He then emailed and said it could be a reasonable increase. Prime Storage is still charging me the highest price. The rate was never reduced.
