This was my first time using a storage facility. My son is attending BCIT and needed a place to store his things during the summer months in between semesters. Prime Storage was located close the school. The initial tour was good, the host working at the counter was very pleasant. The facility is nice, clean, and security is good. I've been a long time customer for years and the receptionist Kanwal is hands down the best staff I've ever met. She always answer my request patiently such as when I was looking to upgrade and downgrade my unit she'd show all the available units to me tirelessly and even help me measure my storage content and recommend me the best size and location. We came looking for storage and the front desk was super super helpful. Very kind and nice folks. The facility is also super clean and climate control. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in Vancouver
My experience was great. Kanval was very helpful and friendly. She helped me in identifying the unit and gave me detailed instructions. The place seems very secure (multiple personalized lock codes and 1 physical lock to access), clean and accessible.
