I've been a long time customer for years and the receptionist Kanwal is hands down the best staff I've ever met. She always answer my request patiently such as when I was looking to upgrade and downgrade my unit she'd show all the available units to me tirelessly and even help me measure my storage content and recommend me the best size and location. We came looking for storage and the front desk was super super helpful. Very kind and nice folks. The facility is also super clean and climate control. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in Vancouver
Canwall and Jaz have gone out of their way to ensure that my needs are met, they are pleasant and helpful. Especially nice when they both smile. The building is clean and facilities are secure with mechanics addressed immediately. No hard sell like I've experienced in other facilities.
The staff here are super friendly and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and easy, which made me feel really confident as a first-time customer. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage space!
