Initially was going to leave a poor review because of a situation where they changed the parking and I was out of town. But once I picked up the car today the manager told me that I would not be charged extra for getting the car towed and moved to a different location in their parking lot. So this is actually a good review and although late, they did act professionally and sorted me out. Would recommend parking with them in the future.
Great service from start to finish! Very friendly, efficient, and helpful team. I felt very safe and secure leaving my car in storage for 3+ months. Highly recommend Prime Storage.
The one star is because the staff working here are kind and doing their best. Recommend not renting a unit here mainly because they’ll increase the price shortly after you move your things in. For me it was 2 months, there are other reviews that say the same. If you do get a unit here, read the terms first to see when they can increase the rate and negotiate that because it’s likely in the fine print somewhere. Kanwal was super kind and supportive! The unit I booked was very inconvenient for me since I am in my last trimester ans it was upper unit. She helped me to find better unit and offered a very good deal as well as locker for the unit! I truly appreciate everything!
I had a great experience at Prime Storage. Kanwal at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She made the whole process very easy and answered all my questions patiently. Really appreciate her excellent service. Highly recommend!
