The team at Prime Storage Burnaby are super helpful and friendly. I come here quite often and I’ve never had a bad interaction with them. 100% would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.
Really great experience. Very smooth booking online. Safe and secure storage units. Their app is great for managing everything. Loading dock, dolly carts, and elevator access make accessing upper units easy. Just overall a great experience and I’m happy I decided to go with prime storage.
Wonderful place with excellent service. If u are seeking for a safety storage location at metro Vancouver, prime storage can’t be more suitable. Trust me, as searching for a proper option of everything, we checked several storage companies around. Prime storage has the best price matching policy and they showed the friendly attitude towards the customer. Highly recommending Ajay, he helped us with all essential details. Thx~
Friendly helpful staff explained everything well, no suprises, no drama. I'd use them again if I wasn't moving our of Vancouver. Move out was smooth too.
Easy access to go in and out. New landscaping upgrade and friendly service from the staff, especially Kanwal! Thank you Prime Storage!
