Sad to leave, but I’m moving away and simply no longer needed the space. Heather and the entire staff were exceptional. They were always helpful and professional. The facility was spotless, and I never had a single issue. This Prime Storage location has set the standard for what I’ll expect from any storage facility in the future.
I've been a customer since the transition from Extra Space to Prime Storage. I've always kept up with my payments and signed the new contract when required. In my experience, as long as you fulfill your obligations and remain courteous, you won't encounter the issues some others have mentioned. It's worth noting that rent increases after an initial promotional rate are common at most storage facilities. If you need a very clean and secure storage facility, this is your place. Every unit is climate controlled, so your valuables will stay safe. There are plenty of moving dollies available and neatly placed at the inside of each entrance. Inclement weather is no issue, because the main loading/unloading dock is indoors, with plenty of room to accommodate multiple vehicles. Stopped by today to get some information regarding a storage unit. Dustin, the associate on duty was absolutely amazing. Answered all of our questions before we really had the question. Talked about all of our options available. And instead of waiting until the beginning of the year to rent. We decided to go ahead and do it earlier than we actually needed our unit because we didn’t want. The space he showed us to go away. The lobby Was spotless.
