Sad to leave, but I’m moving away and simply no longer needed the space. Heather and the entire staff were exceptional. They were always helpful and professional. The facility was spotless, and I never had a single issue. This Prime Storage location has set the standard for what I’ll expect from any storage facility in the future.

I've been a customer since the transition from Extra Space to Prime Storage. I've always kept up with my payments and signed the new contract when required. In my experience, as long as you fulfill your obligations and remain courteous, you won't encounter the issues some others have mentioned. It's worth noting that rent increases after an initial promotional rate are common at most storage facilities. Of all the storage facilities I’ve visited, Prime Storage in Rocklin is by far the best. It’s clean, well-lit, and offers very competitive pricing. The location is new and has a wide range of unit sizes to fit any need. What really sets this place apart—and something I haven’t found anywhere else—is the indoor loading and unloading bays. The facility is nice, 2 big roll up doors for secure parking while you unload. Whoever numbered the units must have been drinking a lot, no logical number system layout and even elevator has wrong floor numbers. Went to discuss monthly charges and found out we were paying more monthly money than the current rate for a unit. Company raises rates to much once your moved in. This is THE cleanest of any storage facility I have ever used! The units, inside the hallways and the whole facility is immaculate! Three other things that impressed me the most: 1. Was paying $184 monthly for 8x10 - now paying $148 for same size; 2. Not all facilities offer Climate Controlled heat and cool as Prime Storage offers; 3. Many facilities do not offer lighted spaces = Prime Storage has "on-demand" automatic lighting in the hallways and your unit! Thank you Prime Storage !!
