Dee was a fantastic help, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Prime service has always treated me great. My unit was also always dry and undisturbed. Thank you for a great storage unit experience. If I ever need extra storage again, I hope and pray prime is available near me. Thank you!!!!
Very disappointing company & facility. From the inception I signed up for auto payment. They did not withdraw and charged me a late fee and it took forever to get it returned. The actual property is not kept well. Back in the summer the lawn wasn't done for a month. The property looked abandoned along with the gates being opened then as well. They took away the insurance that comes with it and also raised our fees. The gate has been opened almost since the beginning. It was only closed for a month or so. It's a lawsuit... read more
DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE, THEY ARE NOT SAFE!!!! I have been a tenant of this facility since they were Guardian Storage for over 5 years. I have always felt safe in the past but I’ve recently been the victim of a theft. My units locked were cut and my storage unit was broken into. What was Prime storages response? NOTHING. They could do absolutely NOTHING for me but direct me to call the police and file a report. I rented the 5x10 storage unit on site. The counter person was on the phone when I walked in but I was helped right away at a video station. The person chatting on the video was able to answer all of my questions and complete everything needed to set me up with the unit I requested. The counter person was free on my way out and she offered help if we encountered any problems. The unit was very clean as well as the entire property. I would rent a unit here again.
Prime Storage is a great place for storage! They have exceptional customer service as well as units, interiors, and grounds that are very tidy & secure. Meghan was super helpful & definitely made my move much easier!
