It’s crazy how much this place charges and how much it has gone up since we got a unit. Yet they seem to skimp on the maintenance. The desk people were great since we joined. The day we joined is really the only time we ever saw them again. For months like other people have mentioned the gate just stays open 24/7. Horrible snow removal, door not accessible. The door came off the track (again) and I cannot open my unit to access my valuables. Therefore, because the door is off the track it not locked. I put the lock on to give the appearance that it’s locked but it’s not and this issue happened Saturday evening and I’ve attempted to speak to someone that can assist me without any callbacks, returned emails and only a virtual representative at best. I have 2 units at the Wappingers Falls location and was interested in paying for a 10x30 unit instead. Michelle was very professional and patient explaining the units available as the special that was running allowing me the opportunity to decide on what options to consider. I am happy to know there are great employees like Michelle and would rate my experience with 10 Stars if the option was available.
Very disappointing company & facility. From the inception I signed up for auto payment. They did not withdraw and charged me a late fee and it took forever to get it returned. The actual property is not kept well. Back in the summer the lawn wasn't done for a month. The property looked abandoned along with the gates being opened then as well. They took away the insurance that comes with it and also raised our fees. The gate has been opened almost since the beginning. It was only closed for a month or so. It's a lawsuit... read more
