Dee was a fantastic help, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Prime service has always treated me great. My unit was also always dry and undisturbed. Thank you for a great storage unit experience. If I ever need extra storage again, I hope and pray prime is available near me. Thank you!!!!
Very disappointing company & facility. From the inception I signed up for auto payment. They did not withdraw and charged me a late fee and it took forever to get it returned. The actual property is not kept well. Back in the summer the lawn wasn't done for a month. The property looked abandoned along with the gates being opened then as well. They took away the insurance that comes with it and also raised our fees. The gate has been opened almost since the beginning. It was only closed for a month or so. It's a lawsuit... read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE, THEY ARE NOT SAFE!!!! I have been a tenant of this facility since they were Guardian Storage for over 5 years. I have always felt safe in the past but I’ve recently been the victim of a theft. My units locked were cut and my storage unit was broken into. What was Prime storages response? NOTHING. They could do absolutely NOTHING for me but direct me to call the police and file a report. I'm extremely satisfied with my prime storage experience! From start to finish, their customer service team was friendly, helpful, and responsive to all my needs. The facility was clean, secure, and easily accessible. I highly recommend them!
