Had this storage unit with guardian storage first a 5x15 ft. Space that was $165. When prime storage came in our unit was up to $195! We got out of there as soon as we could. They also made their hours so you can’t come after 10pm when my husband sometimes needed to go to exchange tools for work at the last minute and that was an inconvenience for us. Guardian was also very good at if you missed a payment one month they gave a nice grace period , whereas prime is not lenient in that way even if you’ve been great at paying yo... read more
Overall i have no complaints at all with prime storage my things are always in its safe condition and prime is always updating me on any changes they have made or will be making weather it’s a construction work being done or any shut downs to the storage units which helps me out a lot.. not to mention the best customer service is Scott in the Poughkeepsie/ Wappingers location the main guy that always so very helpful is just the key to the service that is provided thank you again Scott for all your help !!
Rental process was super easy. Staff is very communicative and accommodating. Scott was great and very helpful in making sure our unit worked for our needs
Stopped by to inquire about renting a unit for when my house goes on the market. I was very pleased with how I was greeted and the overall appearance of the office and property. I will certainly rent here when I am ready.
