Many staff members here met me on my worst day. Virtually. There wasn't anyone in the office and I needed assistance with my shed. I was going through a horrible family emergency. And top of it all, my son was leaving for college. I had quite a breakdown in the waiting room (sorry about that) and the staff on video calls & phone calls followed procedures and promised to send me a manager. Fantastic customer service from Jorge! I needed a unit fast and this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced . No one was on site but the giant kiosk connected me to Jorge who was exceptionally helpful and solved everything instantly . Very refreshing to work with such capable and professional people on a very stressful move day ! Top marks! Conveniently located and very clean too.
Met with Dana, a real charmer. Helpful to the max. The facility is spotless and well lit. Location is great. That was then, this is now: The monthly fee was raised 70% after two months! Outrageous, I’m sure you’d agree. This is a blatant disregard for fair and decent behavior. Who would trust their valuables to this bait and switch business model.
