Met with Dana, a real charmer. Helpful to the max. The facility is spotless and well lit. Location is great. That was then, this is now: The monthly fee was raised 70% after two months! Outrageous, I’m sure you’d agree. This is a blatant disregard for fair and decent behavior. Who would trust their valuables to this bait and switch business model. Thank you to Danya at Prime Storage in Saugerties, NY for facilitating a much needed reduction in our monthly storage fee. We’ve rented storage from Prime for over 20 years. It remains a clean, fair and well managed business and open to negotiation on some fee structures.
I have been using this storage space for several years. I was a bit suspicious of the new management but Dealing with Dayna has been a pleasure every step of the way!!! It is secure and safe here; another big PLUS !
Had a wonderful experience with Jorge the Virtual Manager at the Saugerties branch. Jorge assisted in closing out my unit 1037. He confirmed with an email as well as at the kiosk, making the process a breeze. Thank you Jorge!
