Renting process was very easy, user-friendly and the agent was very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. Prices are a little high but so is everything else. I like the safety there, as it is gated to get in. Good location and very clean. Most of the storage space is the Height and that’s a problem for me as a short senior who cannot climb ladders or step stools.
Check in online was easy & the agent was very kind, knowledgeable & helpful. It’s a good safe place to store my things as there is a gate code to get in. Very safe & secure. Prices are a little high but so is everything else I was very pleased with their professionalism.
Avoid! Unscrupulous business practices and absent customer service. I've been patronizing this facility for almost a decade, and the management has declined considerably--most notably enacting sudden, steep rent increases with no notice and tacking on exploitive "prime insurance" fees even though I am a homeowner and have submitted proof of insurance on multiple occasions. Fantastic customer service from Jorge! I needed a unit fast and this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced . No one was on site but the giant kiosk connected me to Jorge who was exceptionally helpful and solved everything instantly . Very refreshing to work with such capable and professional people on a very stressful move day ! Top marks! Conveniently located and very clean too.
Very nice n understanding they let u know if ur running late so u don’t lose ur stuff when i went there to get it they were very patient
