Renting process was very easy, user-friendly and the agent was very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. Prices are a little high but so is everything else. I like the safety there, as it is gated to get in. Good location and very clean. Most of the storage space is the Height and that’s a problem for me as a short senior who cannot climb ladders or step stools.
As a storage unit...great. It was clean when I got it, no issues while my stuff is there. I do appreciate the fact that I can rent a unit online. Pretty much the whole process can be done online. However....I went in person to get a visual representation of the size of unit, not even sure i needed a unit yet, and no one was there. At 3:40 in the afternoon. Check in online was easy & the agent was very kind, knowledgeable & helpful. It’s a good safe place to store my things as there is a gate code to get in. Very safe & secure. Prices are a little high but so is everything else I was very pleased with their professionalism.
I have used a lot of storage units all over America and have never seen such a filthy storage space. I called customer service and they provided a new one, but that was just as filthy. Both had the stripping on the bottom of the door chewed away and lots of action with critters getting in. Both were filled with webs and dust. Both had no rope to pull down. Calling customer service was an exercise in humiliation, as their reps are RUDE and could care less about the customer. If I could rate ZERO STARS I would. I am exhausted ... read more
Avoid! Unscrupulous business practices and absent customer service. I've been patronizing this facility for almost a decade, and the management has declined considerably--most notably enacting sudden, steep rent increases with no notice and tacking on exploitive "prime insurance" fees even though I am a homeowner and have submitted proof of insurance on multiple occasions.
