Prime Storage was perfect for when I started my business. They made the sign-up process quick and easy, and we found a space that fit my needs. I run an entertainment media company, and one of the big things that we do is provide live sound for events. So far not to a good start. I had issues with paying for a storage unit online so had to do it over the phone and then I was told there was additional fees that was not stated on the special, but I was fine with that. Due to my work schedule I have not been able to go. Today I left work early specifically to go see where the unit was and to purchase a lock so I can go on the weekend and take what I need to store. I get there and I can’t find the entrance so I call And I get the call center but they can’t tell me where to go... read more
Love my experience with Prime Storage! Super clean and the staff here is really great to work with if I have any questions or concerns. Matt is fantastic and friendly and I know I can go to him for any problems I have if needed!
