Chris was extremely helpful. I was hesitant to rent a unit and I was not sure of size. He took the time to show the sizes and explain the difference between climate and not. Will definitely recommend and continue the rental agreement.
Chris is so nice and friendly! Facility is clean and seems well maintained. My mom’s stuff was there for a year and everything was in the same condition as when it was moved in. The policy states they require 2 weeks notice for closing which seems excessive (and can be a deterrent) so it’s worth a call if you’re like us and can’t quite plan that far out. There’s a video kiosk in the lobby if Chris isn’t there so you’re almost always guaranteed to speak to a live person one way or another which is a nice touch
not sure when this place is staffed by an actual person anymore... they used to be, before they got bought out. i had a wonderful experience when i first moved into my unit, right before the buyout/merge was complete. now they have a kiosk inside with a virtual assistant. which is just a person on a screen talking to you from their desk at home with a sheet behind them that has the business name/logo. if i wanted to talk to someone thats WFH I'd call the phone number. when I go to an office location, I expect to talk to a pe... read more
Great promotional options for new customers. If you need short term storage this is great, long term can be costly as the storage units are not price locked for a set time. High ceilings also help because you may not need as much room as you think you do. You can also easily switch units if needed.
What a terrible experience. Won a storage unit auction with this facility. General manager was never on site. Only customer support to speak with. Wasted my time going to this facility twice after customer support told me they would be there. If you rent here and have an issue, it probably won’t get solved and you will have to go back and forth with customer support who won’t help with the issue. Then the owner will just give you the customer support number even though you’ve spoken to them 30 times
