I give manager, Chris, a Five-star rating. He is personable, professional, efficient, and kind. He has been a great communicator and asset to Guardian/Prime since I started with them 5 years ago . I give the rest of Prime Storage a One-star rating. Except for when I can get Chris, their "personal touch" is gone. You can never get a "live" person on the phone. Their billing department gave me false information. It's just silly to speak to "Juan" and "Marcy" in a kiosk. It is, after all, a "physical" business/location.
Wonderful experience and nice facilities. I had temperature controlled and it was perfect. Easy rental, great communication from Prime and easy check out. Thank you! Recommendation to get a new person to plow for you. It was dangerous during the snow and could of been plowed better.
What a terrible experience. Won a storage unit auction with this facility. General manager was never on site. Only customer support to speak with. Wasted my time going to this facility twice after customer support told me they would be there. If you rent here and have an issue, it probably won’t get solved and you will have to go back and forth with customer support who won’t help with the issue. Then the owner will just give you the customer support number even though you’ve spoken to them 30 times
The facility was clean and the units felt very safe. The manager on staff provided excellent service and was always available when needed. In fact, he even called us to let us know we had forgotten to lock our unit, which we really appreciated. Our only concern was the pricing. In less than six months, the cost of our two units increased from $375 to $772, which felt like a very significant and unreasonable jump. Came in to get a new unit to store a bunch of items and was helped by Chris. What an easy process and Chris was so helpful with all the information I needed and getting me all set up.
