Truth be told, our beginning at Prime Storage was somewhat rocky. Fortunately, Chris and Joseph eventually got a hold of me and we were able to resolve all of my concerns. They are very accommodating and professional.
Like others rocky at first, locked out, locked in.many a code given and all was well. I did have a problem while vacating my unit, I was livid no fault of prime storage, my help to remove my items stood me up like 3 times and caused a lock out on my unit. Joseph who helped me out by going above and beyond to get my items out and is the best at his job. Thank you Joseph Cudos to you. Much appreciated . Sincerely glenna
