I rented with Guardian Self Storage for OVER 30 years at this location, without any issues at all during that entire time span. Then "Prime" came in and, immediately, myself and other users of this site found that our storage unit contents had been damaged by sand and gravel that was inexplicably blown into them. Bait and Switch Deal!! They get you to sign up with 1 month free and a reasonable rate. In my case, I got the first month free. Then paid the "reasonable rate" for 2 months. The third month they INCREASED THE RATE 67%!! The onsite employee excuse was that "all of the big chain storage companies do it". I Immediately took my stuff out. I gave 5 stars because when I went to speak with Chris he was very helpful and personable. He listened to me and was able to clarify a problem. He is a good businessman.
Super friendly staff with EXCELLENT customer service!! I called same day for a unit to store motorcycles over the winter. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. From over the phone to in person, these people are great.
