I gave 5 stars because when I went to speak with Chris he was very helpful and personable. He listened to me and was able to clarify a problem. He is a good businessman.
I rented with Guardian Self Storage for OVER 30 years at this location, without any issues at all during that entire time span. Then "Prime" came in and, immediately, myself and other users of this site found that our storage unit contents had been damaged by sand and gravel that was inexplicably blown into them. Super friendly staff with EXCELLENT customer service!! I called same day for a unit to store motorcycles over the winter. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. From over the phone to in person, these people are great.
Not sure why I got a welcome when I just closed my unit. Quite frankly it’s not the home town storage it used to be. I was a few days late on a payment because my credit card was hacked and needed to wait until a new card was issued and prime charged me a $100 late fee. I have had at least one unit there for probably 10 years and they had to hit me for a late fee. I closed one unit and will close the other one soon. Not to mention the amount of mice that get into the units. I would not recommend. I’m not a happy customer.
The guys at the Warwick location are the best. Always helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you with your storage needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
