Been doing business here for over 3 years. Joseph is a great addition to the team Always on time kind respectful and goes out of his way to help any way he can. Always makes my experience alittle better when I go. Always happy and gives a positive mood to the atmosphere

Joe is awesome. This place is awesome. I mean, the customer service is unbelievable and the security it’s top notch. If you want to store stuff that means stuff to you and for contractors you can get units with doors on both sides 30 x 10 it’s just a great place in a great area.

Joseph is amazing. We were in a pinch after another local storage unit neglected to send us all of the access codes needed to get to our unit, and turned us away WITH the movers. We showed up to Prime Storage an HOUR before it’s supposed to open, he unlocked the door and helped us immediately. We had a lock and a unit within 10 minutes of arriving. He is a true reminder of what customer service should be. I would refer anyone and everyone to this location just because of Joseph. Thank you so much Joseph!!

Joseph the site manage was amazing and very helpful in helping me secure another storage unit. I would highly recommend prime storage for any and future storage needs.
