Facility is clean and maintained but in one year, since Prime took over my small storage unit cost went from $110-$190. So I left. The best part was that they auto closed my unit/account within 24 hours of me emptying and taking my lock. That was convenient. Management was always helpful.
Chris Brown is phenomenal, very professional and kind. He opened my unit years ago, and I just came back in to close it out since I relocated. Super easy process and I would recommend Prime to anyone. Make sure you ask for Chris!
Had a major issues was going to move out but because of Chris showing up I’m going to be staying and now very happy. What a great guy to have running things around hear.
I managed to lock myself out of my car while trying to access the storage unit today …. The owner went above and beyond for me and drove me back to my home so I could retrieve my spare key. He was so gracious and refused to accept any payment for his bother and I was left feeling so impressed with his service. If I ever need storage in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use this facility…. The nicest and most helpful person. Thank you
I had a good experience with Chris the manager at the Prime Storage on Kings Highway. Very helpful and responsive when I asked questions about moving out my belongings. Great job Chris!
