I chose Prime Storage as it was close to my daughter’s school so we didn’t have to move her furniture and large pieces back home. After 3 months I got an email saying that the rate is more than doubling. I emailed the location and Anita was very helpful adjusted the rate. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend this location of Prime Storage for dorm room storage.
The general manager, Anita, helped me figure out how to properly get out of the property when I lost my access code. She is a saint and I will be using prime storage again as a college student again soon! The process of getting a unit was very easy, and everyone was very kind :)
We had a great experience renting two storage units for over a year. Despite being outdoor units, our belongings held up perfectly through a harsh winter. Move-out was seamless, with no issues at all. The staff is friendly and helpful!
Anita has been nothing but wonderful for the 20+ years working at every incarnation of the storage facility! Only left because now have huge basement to store stuff! She is the ultimate professional and runs a first class operation! So highly recommend Prime Storage and to work with Anita is a blessing!!
This is an excellent storage business! All businesses were as well-run- Anita is a friendly and very thorough manager; I had to coordinate a storage unit for my college student, from the other side of the country and she made it all easy and very pleasant. The unit we Rented, as well as the property, Is very clean. The day I got there it was snowing and there was already someone plowing. I highly recommend Prime Storage especially the Hyde Park location- Suzy Scuderi
