I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Prime Storage in Hyde Park has been one of the best storage experiences I’ve ever had. Anita was amazing with customer service. The attitude of wanting to help you the best she could exuded during my walk-in visit. Felt comfortable for renting out my 1st storage unit ever. Made sure to walk me through every single detail. She was kind and gave me all the best options possible. I was very pleased with my experience!

Anita was a great help in getting us set up at the location. She’s very knowledgeable on all of the information you need, and is so hospitable — she even gave us water after she saw us moving everything into our unit. She gave us a step by step breakdown of all the amenities available to us, as well as showing how to download the app.
Excellent service. We had a death in the family and needed storage quickly. Anita and Steven were wonderful and so helpful. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
