Anita was amazing with customer service. The attitude of wanting to help you the best she could exuded during my walk-in visit. Felt comfortable for renting out my 1st storage unit ever. Made sure to walk me through every single detail. She was kind and gave me all the best options possible. I was very pleased with my experience!

Anita was a great help in getting us set up at the location. She’s very knowledgeable on all of the information you need, and is so hospitable — she even gave us water after she saw us moving everything into our unit. She gave us a step by step breakdown of all the amenities available to us, as well as showing how to download the app.
The best part of our experience was Anita & all the help we received from her. She deserves 5 stars!! We had no issues with our storage but I do wish they had not increased fees when they took over from Guardian with no changes to the facility. We moved out because We were looking to reduce our monthly overhead and items we had kept when we moved to Hyde Park. Prime is a good solution to anyone who has short or long term rental needs. It is safe, secure and the property is well maintained.
Excellent service. We had a death in the family and needed storage quickly. Anita and Steven were wonderful and so helpful. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
