I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Prime Storage in Hyde Park has been one of the best storage experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like more than just another customer — I truly felt taken care of. I want to give a special shout-out to Anita, the General Manager. Prime Storage has been amazing! I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I called ahead to ask for a little help opening my unit because I have a medical condition (hyperacusis) that makes loud, squeaky noises really difficult. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating — she opened the gate for me, gave me privacy and time at my unit, and then came back to help close it when I was ready. She even told me I can call ahead anytime for assistance. Truly wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
Went in to rent a unit with my friend for college break and was helped out by two pleasant ladies. They did everything in their power to give us the most reasonable price and walk us through everything we needed to know about the unit. Would definitely recommend!!
This is an excellent storage business! All businesses were as well-run- Anita is a friendly and very thorough manager; I had to coordinate a storage unit for my college student, from the other side of the country and she made it all easy and very pleasant. The unit we Rented, as well as the property, Is very clean. The day I got there it was snowing and there was already someone plowing.
