I chose Prime Storage as it was close to my daughter’s school so we didn’t have to move her furniture and large pieces back home. After 3 months I got an email saying that the rate is more than doubling. I emailed the location and Anita was very helpful adjusted the rate. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend this location of Prime Storage for dorm room storage.

Great experience with Prime Storage! The facility is clean, well-lit, secure, and the temperature-controlled units are a great option, especially for students at the Culinary Institute looking for storage during the break. Charlotte was fantastic, she made the whole process easy, answered all my questions, and was genuinely kind and helpful. Thanks again, Charlotte!

A very positive experience. I dealt with this location fully virtually. Upon arriving at this location no one was physically present to greet me, but the virtual system worked perfectly and I was put in touch with someone remotely. I was able to get to my storage unit and had zero issues entering and exiting and had no problems with the storage unit I have rented. A very smooth process.

The general manager, Anita, helped me figure out how to properly get out of the property when I lost my access code. She is a saint and I will be using prime storage again as a college student again soon! The process of getting a unit was very easy, and everyone was very kind :)
