Excellent customer service. The manager who assisted me (Ryan?) very kindly explained the services they offer. They have an excellent location in New Windsor, and the place itself is extremely clean.
Pros: The place is clean, well-lit, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful onsite staff. Cons: Annual price hikes—this year my rate increased by $22, nearly 20%. Persistent pressure about insurance with no opt-out option—it's my belongings, after all. If I don't find insurance necessary, I should have the right to decide, not be forced into purchasing their scam policy. My experience with Prime Storage in New Windsor NY could not have been better, hence the 5-star review. Reserving a unit online was fast and easy. Instructions for documentation were clear. Ryan called me back the next day as promised and got me set up in minutes. The unit is perfect for my needs. Additionally, Prime is fair and reasonable; I was able to get a day-code ahead of mine being activated, so didn't have to wait to move. The facility is clean, neat and safe. I'm a happy customer and gladly recommend Prime Storage!

I went to prime storage in new Windsor and when I say every bit of AMAZING professional the gentleman was kind knowledgeable and patient from I entered the building from manners and offering me a cold bottle of water. I have never experienced such customer service before I was in utter aw for a second I thought I was in the wrong place but I wasn’t.
