I highly recommend this local business, based on my recent experience renting a storage unit. I was helped by Ryan - an extremely personable professional - who worked hard at finding me a unit that fit my space needs and my budget. He came up with at least four options and showed me the physical spaces. I did not expect it be such a positive experience - guess that's why Ryan is NUMBER ONE!

The people at Prime Storage in New Windsor NY were very courteous, professional, and very helpful. The only thing was in the winter ice and snow accumulated in front of my unit and it was very slippery. Other than that I would use Prime Storage again if I had to. ❤️
