The Prime Storage crew at 149 Windsor made my much procrastinated move from a 10×10 unit to one half the size a breeze. Their prices are fair , the staff are nice and very accomodating. They really went above and beyond to make this happen smoothly for me. Thanks!
Manager Ryan was very fair and reasonable and went above and beyond to help me out. 100% recommend this location. It's a clean and well run facility with good management.
Facility is nice.. I became a customer before it was prime so my account was sold to them I was on autopay so never made a late payment good customer .. once it became prime rates Increased consistently and often as did insurance (which by the way may be covered under your homeowner/ renters insurance. When I was fed up and their competitor had a much lower locked in price for a year ($60 less) w a free month and I filled out the vacate papers and had been told they needed 15 days notice so I had to pay another month.. ok.. ... read more
