My experience with Prime Storage in New Windsor NY could not have been better, hence the 5-star review. Reserving a unit online was fast and easy. Instructions for documentation were clear. Ryan called me back the next day as promised and got me set up in minutes. The unit is perfect for my needs. Additionally, Prime is fair and reasonable; I was able to get a day-code ahead of mine being activated, so didn't have to wait to move. The facility is clean, neat and safe. I'm a happy customer and gladly recommend Prime Storage!

I went to prime storage in new Windsor and when I say every bit of AMAZING professional the gentleman was kind knowledgeable and patient from I entered the building from manners and offering me a cold bottle of water. I highly recommend this local business, based on my recent experience renting a storage unit. I was helped by Ryan - an extremely personable professional - who worked hard at finding me a unit that fit my space needs and my budget. He came up with at least four options and showed me the physical spaces. I did not expect it be such a positive experience - guess that's why Ryan is NUMBER ONE!
