George in the office was very helpful. He showed me several different size units and helped me select the correct size I needed. Would recommend Prime to anyone I know. The kiosk was so cool to see in action.
Steven was very helpful with renting a storage space for my brother’s storage needs. I had to do the coordination long distance and he was very accommodating. It is so nice to have people like Steven in the world!
