If I could rate this place negative I would. Do not rent storage space here. The place itself is ridiculous. They are quick to say it is a secure, clean, safe place. The security gate has not worked in months. I have tried to report it with no success. Anyone can drive in and out of there at any time. There are people “running businesses” out of their storage units, one guy selling car parts and tires while blasting music. Your lock is of no use if anyone can drive in there. Security cameras? The staff was always helpful, when needed. The site is well taken care of. The management always communicated when necessary. I would recommend this storage company.
This place are nothing but Scammers rented a unit 2 months ago and today I get an email that they are increasing me by almost $50 a month, Meanwhile i was told i was good for a year at the price i was renting it for ... They are nothing but a Scam if your thinking about renting from them Stay away !!!! BBB Needs to Investigate them...
TLDR new ownership is terrible. This facility changed ownership about a year ago. The new owners/Prime storage fired the onsite management who worked there for years (we started storing there in 2020). The change has been disastrous. I have interacted with 8 different people from Prime storage about trying to move out but there is no one onsite (they moved to a virtual model). They have lied about my move out, blocked granting access to my husband who is also on the account, never read or respond to email, and their distric... read more
George in the office was very helpful. He showed me several different size units and helped me select the correct size I needed. Would recommend Prime to anyone I know. The kiosk was so cool to see in action.
