The staff was always helpful, when needed. The site is well taken care of. The management always communicated when necessary. I would recommend this storage company.
George in the office was very helpful. He showed me several different size units and helped me select the correct size I needed. Would recommend Prime to anyone I know. The kiosk was so cool to see in action.
Steven from Prime Storage is one of a kind and incredibly helpful. He is extremely responsive, took time to understand our goals & walked us through several options to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend and would use again 100%!!
This place are nothing but Scammers rented a unit 2 months ago and today I get an email that they are increasing me by almost $50 a month, Meanwhile i was told i was good for a year at the price i was renting it for ... They are nothing but a Scam if your thinking about renting from them Stay away !!!! BBB Needs to Investigate them...
TLDR new ownership is terrible. This facility changed ownership about a year ago. The new owners/Prime storage fired the onsite management who worked there for years (we started storing there in 2020). The change has been disastrous. I have interacted with 8 different people from Prime storage about trying to move out but there is no one onsite (they moved to a virtual model). They have lied about my move out, blocked granting access to my husband who is also on the account, never read or respond to email, and their distric... read more
