Facility was nice but more than doubled in price within a year.and changed many amenities that were given when we signing on, when they changed managers . No longer worth the money. It’s a shame it was very convenient for our business to run from there. But not knowing month to month how much the cost would raise. I had to find more reliable pricing.
I just had a super experience with my virtual assistant Jorge! I went in to sign my lease agreement, and it very smooth and fast. He also was knowledgeable, thorough and made certain I had what needed and more. Thanks Jorge
Back in October I enquired . Never moved in . It’s February and all the sudden I’m getting calls and text messages. They said I have a storage unit with things in it. Does not sound like they have their ducks in a row! They should be more knowledgeable of who is utilizing their property!
This is the worst storage placebI have ever came across. Don't waste your time or money. They say they have a 24hour cancelation and when you cancel within that time they still don't refund your money back, talking about the refund has been issued. They take you through the ringer keep saying they will call you back after they look into what happened and never do. Going on two weeks and now a refund will not happen and I still can't use the unit since it was already paid for. If I can give them a negative number I damn sure... read more
Jolisa was great at helping me. She always makes sure to answer my questions throughly. I was late coming to make my payment right before they closed and she stayed to help me. Costumer service at its finest!!! Won’t go anywhere else
