Advertised 9/month, i click rent, they charge me an extra fifty dollars without even mentioning the extra cost. I call the number, it’s some guy that doesn’t even work at that location, he says he will call them for me, puts me on hold, comes back and says they’re unavailable but they’ll get a hold of me as soon as possible, but can’t tell me when that might be. Lisa at the Warren location has made my storage needs run smoothly. I also had some good phone support before I ever came in. The layout is well kept, nice people there and there are usually enough carts available for use. All in all 2 thumbs up
My experiences was great. It was awesome. This is my second storage with you guys. The attendant there helped me the first time it has always a success. I never have any problems with her. She's always there and for whatever I need I appreciate it. Thank you so continue to keep the good work .
I'm new to the storage facility but I'm not sure if anyone else has gone through the same experience as I have but I legit think the storage facility is haunted! A couple different times I have gone to put things in my storage unit, I have heard someone singing or even seen an elderly couple walking but the weird thing is....we were the only ones there, nobody else!!! Extremely disappointed with the lack of security and customer service. My friend has been paying for a storage unit here for over a year and recently discovered that the lock had been cut and the unit was left completely unlocked. She hadn’t been there in months, so there’s no way of knowing how long it was left unsecured or whether anything was taken.
