My experiences was great. It was awesome. This is my second storage with you guys. The attendant there helped me the first time it has always a success. I never have any problems with her. She's always there and for whatever I need I appreciate it. Thank you so continue to keep the good work .

The cost was why I joined prime storage. Very reasonable, my unit is climate controlled and way better than Public Storage especially with cost being high with them. The move was great had no issues I will certainly use Prime Storage if I need to use a storage unit after I move out

Lisa at the Warren location has made my storage needs run smoothly. I also had some good phone support before I ever came in. The layout is well kept, nice people there and there are usually enough carts available for use. All in all 2 thumbs up

I'm new to the storage facility but I'm not sure if anyone else has gone through the same experience as I have but I legit think the storage facility is haunted! A couple different times I have gone to put things in my storage unit, I have heard someone singing or even seen an elderly couple walking but the weird thing is....we were the only ones there, nobody else!!! I have been a customer since this facility was brand new. This facility is 10/10 for value and cleanliness. However, getting a staff member to answer or return phone calls is next to impossible! I have left 5 messages in 5 days (Monday through Friday) and no one at this location will answer or return my calls. VERY FRUSTERATING!
