Temporarily needed a place to door my stuff while I moved into my new house. Prime storage staff was upfront about required insurance and associated fees. The facility is new & well taken care of. Great location right off the highway on Hoover Rd. It can get busy on the weekends with many ppl in and out the bays but I highly recommend!!
This place is great! Well priced, nice loading bay for convenience, and very clean. Lisa did a phenomenal job and was very clear and open about everything. I feel very comfortable keeping my items stored here.
Today I came in to see a few different sized units and let me just say that Heather and Dawn were soooo helpful in every question I had to being so helpful to taking the time out to show me around. I had a blast trying to find out units upstairs. It was like a scavenger hunt. I didn’t mind. Heather was so cool and funny and she should tour someone anytime! Jolisa was great at helping me. She always makes sure to answer my questions throughly. I was late coming to make my payment right before they closed and she stayed to help me. Costumer service at its finest!!! Won’t go anywhere else
