This review is not about the storage facility although it is really nice. But this is about the exceptional customer service we received from John White at the Colonie NY location. In a world where friendliness and professionalism seems to be fading it’s refreshing to meet someone excited about their job and equally excited about servicing the clients who patronize this business. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a top rate experience today.
Jamal is such a great client assistant expert at Prime- he so helped me with a big storage project at the facility! He’s the best! I liked it so much I rented 2 units- Steve Wood
Very clean units , perfect size for larger apartment items . Very friendly staff, helpful , made things easy to understand. Love the location .
Increased the cost three times in less than 6 months. They increased again after I signed paperwork to close the account so they can get extra money from me for the final month. I also had to move things out the day after the last day I had the storage room contracted for and Prime would not work with me at all and charged for a whole month for less than6 hours of use.
Two gentlemen that help me was very nice. They did an excellent job show me everything so thank you very much. I’m so glad I have my storage here.
