Ashley, the manager at Prime Storage in Gloucester is great. Her customer service is Superior. She is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. If I had a service business of my own, I would hire Ashley to run my operation and feel lucky to get her.

Ashley made my storage rental easier than I could ever imagine. She's been there for a long time and is very knowledgeable she gave me the best customer service one could ask for. She even took me by the hand to show me right where my rental unit was and that's why I rent from Prime.....Ashley is the reason why I rented ...when you get customer service like I did the price don't matter building the relationship with your renter does....Raise....
Clean units, definitely climate controlled, and friendly staff whenever I spoke with someone in person or via phone call. Manager Ashley had been the most kind and helpful over the years during my switching units… she always on top of things and able to assist me with my storage plans.
