First off, customer service/interaction with Ashley at the front desk was 5-stars. Helpful, patient, responsive... couldn't ask for better. The jump in monthly rent after a couple of months however is what keeps this from being 5-star overall. If they can lock in a reasonable rate for a longer period of time that would be super.
Prime Storage provided a seamless experience, easy access, and a clean climate controlled unit when I was in a pinch during a recent move. Ashley, the Gloucester location's lead person, was kind, knowledgable, and professional. I walked away knowing all of my "stuff" was in a good place.
Ashley helped us decide which size unit would fit best and she was right. Our things fit perfectly. We arrived at 1:30 she explained the process, the security, how to access the room and some friendly advice with good conversation. We were out the door by 1:40 all set to load our things into the unit. This quick and easy experience made my long moving day much easier.
I had a fantastic experience at Prime Storage, all thanks to Ashley. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and thorough, making sure I fully understood the terms of my rental. She even took the time to give me a tour of the unit to ensure it was the perfect size for my needs. Ashley is kind, professional, and made both the move-in and move-out process seamless.
I recently moved back home to Massachusetts but was in need of storage for my stuff until I obtained a place. Prime Storage has been so wonderful! This has been such a great experience. I had to move to a larger unit and they still allowed the discount. Rents were just increased but due to not starting new employment until next week; the manage Ashley was able to find another discount I was eligible for. I highly recommend this place in Gloucester MA. All staff have been incredible….especially Ashley! She rocks!!!!
