From my first signing up for a storage space I felt I was well informed about the options I had and how the storage rental works and that the manager Ashley was working to get me the best rate possible. A few days later, I forgot to close my storage unit door and lock it and I was notified of that by the same manager. She let me know that she had closed the door for me. I felt that they are looking out for their customers.
This place is great. Super clean, easy to navigate and Ashley and Richard were both incredibly helpful and very easy to work with. I have had to call a few times to arrange pod drop offs and each time Ashley was very accommodating and helpful. Given the stresses involved in coordinating moves and storage Ashely made this process the easiest part of it all- thank you for that!
Great facility, looking very new and thoroughly clean. Manager Ashley is delightful and really efficient and she went out of her way to show me around and help me move in. Access is so easy, with your own password and at wide- ranging hours (they close for just a couple of hours, late-night). This has been a god-send for me, so thanks big-time to you, Ashley. Whole-heartedly recommended!
Excellent experience with Prime Storage. I found excellent management of this facility in a convenient location. The spaces are nicely maintained and easy to access anytime of day. The site manager was particularly helpful and very professional. She responded to phone calls and inquiries very quickly and sent out reminders that helped avoid extra charges.
Highly recommend due to care of units and Ashley’s customer service which was excellent. She took the time to hear what type of storage needs I had and gave several recommendations as well as a tour. Not pushy! Very helpful!
