Ashley was super friendly and followed up with a phone call after I inquired about units online. She was very informative about the units, policies, and ran me through everything I needed to know. I was even able to secure my unit for 4 months for the price of 2! Grounds were very clean, units were very clearly marked and easy to find.

Ashley helped us decide which size unit would fit best and she was right. Our things fit perfectly. We arrived at 1:30 she explained the process, the security, how to access the room and some friendly advice with good conversation. We were out the door by 1:40 all set to load our things into the unit. This quick and easy experience made my long moving day much easier.

I had an emergency and needed good, clean accessible storage for the things that mean the most to me. Prime turned out to be just what I was looking for. They worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and even gave me a nice discount to start out. The folks there couldn't have been nicer!
