Great experience with Prime Storage. The facility is well organized, clean, and very professional. Victor was truly kind, helpful, and always available with a great attitude. The manager Ashley was also outstanding, extremely professional and attentive to customers needs. Highly recommended!

Shout to victor? Working at prime who helped me in a pinch get back into my unit after getting locked out. Always good staff I can get in and out of my storage all the time and it’s super close to where I live.
I showed up on the day I was supposed to move in and no one was there. I called and no one answered. I finally called another prime storage location and got someone on the phone who told me the person who was supposed to be operating my facility had a hospital emergency.(not sure how I got no notice of this and how no one was able to cover for this person).
