I had a great experience with Prime Storage everything was smooth from start to finish. Ashley was the one who helped me, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. If you need storage and want good service, ask for Ashley she really made it a stress free experience.
I had issues with another storage facility in the area and needed a new one fast. After checking the reviews here and seeing customer service mentioned so often I decided to book a reservation. The reviews don't do enough justice. Ashley, the General Manager was unbelievably kind and helpful. Not only does she know the value of good face to face customer service, but when I called her back the next day to explain I underestimated how much space I needed, she helped get me into another larger unit right away. Ashley and Earl were fabulous!. We had rented a unit on one of the upper floors, but our sofa did not fit in the elevator. They promptly accommodated us and found a unit in the first floor! Great customer service :-)
I showed up on the day I was supposed to move in and no one was there. I called and no one answered. I finally called another prime storage location and got someone on the phone who told me the person who was supposed to be operating my facility had a hospital emergency.(not sure how I got no notice of this and how no one was able to cover for this person). They over charge way too much policies may have changed to certain extent. But I know my math no way I was behind only like 2 months at 150 a month and almost owe about 1000 like no way. And then the cameras take too long to get fixed there were no cameras. Those fees being constantly added like way too many time a month so I left. Not clocking my money I will find better with more benefits etc I remember I was gone a whole summer and when I came back I didn’t have to even pay that much being more then two months back so I w... read more
