I had a great experience with Prime Storage everything was smooth from start to finish. Ashley was the one who helped me, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. If you need storage and want good service, ask for Ashley she really made it a stress free experience.

I had issues with another storage facility in the area and needed a new one fast. After checking the reviews here and seeing customer service mentioned so often I decided to book a reservation. The reviews don't do enough justice. Ashley, the General Manager was unbelievably kind and helpful.
