Victor was incredibly helpful at getting us into a unit and setup on the spot. Answered all of our questions and made sure we were in a good spot
Other than the people that work at the storage this facility was terrible. I had an outside storage unit I where I drive into parking lot and pick up or drop off tools or supplies. Until it snowed 12” . No snow removal for days . I heard sprinklers burst over night and flooded the whole building for 8hours .
Prime Storage is very convenient and I met Victor who helped me with paper work to get a spot for parking while I was going away. Very professional and helpful. Thank you!
