I had the storage for about a year and a half. Never really had a problem with anything when I did have an issue the manager Shadriq was very knowledgeable about many things and was very very helpful. He never disappointed, this is the guy to go to! All in all, it’s a pretty good storage. Very well air-conditioned and spacious.
Shadrack provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He’s friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Every interaction with him is professional, smooth, and pleasant. Highly recommend!
I’ve been with Prime Storage for quite some time now and I must say, they are always are very accommodating; from Chadrack, the Manager, to Chris the District Manager and all their employees at this location. Super friendly..!!! They were both caring enough to listen to my needs and responded quickly to my asks. I recommend this location highly and refer anyone, to this Union City, location.
Chadrack is very helpful and really cares about my situation. I was a little upset coming in here and he gave me a big smile and made sure I was satisfied and I love that he works here. He has great customer service.
