I’ve been storing here for a while, including back when it was under the previous company, and I have to say the new ownership has really made a big difference. The place has improved a lot—cleaner, better organized, and overall more reliable. The staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The pricing is very good for the size of the units, which is something I really appreciate. All in all, I’m very happy with the service and the improvements. Definitely a solid four-star experience.
I recently walked in Prime Storage in Union City to enquire about storage space. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a big smile and a “hello how may I help you”? from a kind soul name Chadrack. Chadrack was very professional, patient, and extremely helpful. I’ve had a great experience with this self-storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, which made storing my belongings completely stress-free. I’m not a big fan when it comes to leaving reviews but man Rosa who is unfortunately leaving after today deserves this review. She is amazing, she knows how to do her job and keep the clients happy! It’s a shame that she’s leaving, because it’s so hard to come across someone like her, who has passion in her job and knows how to do it right. But I wish her the best in her next job journey. Recently received an email stating that my rate would be increasing by nearly 60% for a 10x5 unit, to “maintain secure, clean and convenient storage”. In the email they state “We understand that rate changes can raise questions, and we’re here to help.
