Customer service here is unmatched! From the very first meeting Chadrack has been such an amazing help. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was settled into my unit and even helped me when I needed to change the size of my unit last minute. Always pleasant and accommodating. Cory was helpful as well.
I had a great experience when I signed up for the service; Mr. Carlos provided excellent customer service, and I was able to get the exact storage unit I needed. Staff members like Chadrack and Corill are very courteous. As a suggestion, it would be good to repair some of the stairs, as they aren't in the best condition; otherwise, the storage facilities meet the customer's specific needs well.
The staff are pretty helpful and accommodating to help you get settled in and get in and around the building. They will also help you get the best deals, which is so helpful since rates are always spiraling out of control. It can get really stressful trying to get a parking spot in the reserved parking zone on the side street as non-customers park freely without regard for the traffic rules.
