PRAY IS THE BEST PERSON EVER!!!! I called her in tears because my movers came an hour late to move my entire apartment into this storage unit while my new apartment is being painted. She personally stayed an hour after their closing time to let me put my apartment away! I don’t know what I would have done without her! 😭 thank you Pray!
Predatory behavior toward clientele. We were told one thing by a superior. We show up on a Sunday, normal employee refuses to honor what was discussed and then refused to even attempt to reach a supervisor to mitigate this issue. Glad im moving our stuff out now. Don't need to endure these deceptive practices.
I’ve been storing here for a while, including back when it was under the previous company, and I have to say the new ownership has really made a big difference. The place has improved a lot—cleaner, better organized, and overall more reliable. The staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The pricing is very good for the size of the units, which is something I really appreciate. All in all, I’m very happy with the service and the improvements. Definitely a solid four-star experience.
