Very clean, has trollies for customer use, the driveway was always clear and easy to access. No issues, would recommend
Went to take a look at some units for an upcoming move and Laura was amazing to work with. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She took me on a tour of the facility to view a couple sizes she recommended which were perfect for what I needed. I will be coming back here to store my items simply because of her customer service.
Lauren was very kind and friendly. The price chart, units and rates policies clearly explained. I recommend 10/10. They provide carts to move I do recommend bringing your own it can get very busy.
Prime storage is the best storage facility in the business!! The staff is super kind and accommodating. I moved in a customer being a professional mover and the staff made sure I could easily find the unit and had the tools I needed to move the items into the unit without hiccup.
We've had a terrible experience. I rented with Cubesmart before, I should have never changed to Prime. They tossed us out for "living in the unit", just because we were in and out quite often since me and my boyfriend are living with friends until we find a bigger apartment together. Also, I admit I walked in with donuts that day only to pack them into sandwich bags and take them right back out, and I had a few non perishable sealed food items in there, that I thought were allowed, but I guess not.
