Prime storage is the best storage facility in the business!! The staff is super kind and accommodating. I moved in a customer being a professional mover and the staff made sure I could easily find the unit and had the tools I needed to move the items into the unit without hiccup.
We've had a terrible experience. I rented with Cubesmart before, I should have never changed to Prime. They tossed us out for "living in the unit", just because we were in and out quite often since me and my boyfriend are living with friends until we find a bigger apartment together. Also, I admit I walked in with donuts that day only to pack them into sandwich bags and take them right back out, and I had a few non perishable sealed food items in there, that I thought were allowed, but I guess not. Lauren was very kind and friendly. The price chart, units and rates policies clearly explained. I recommend 10/10. They provide carts to move I do recommend bringing your own it can get very busy.
Absolutely not one complaint or concern. The girls at the front counter were very professional. It was incredibly seamless, from showing me a few different units discussing what size I would need and then getting a really good price and setting it all up basically myself on the computer as she prompted me and before I knew it all was said and done! Place is very clean hours are reasonable and really happy I went there.
The staff at prime storage is amazing. They were very kind and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend renting here! The lockers are clean also.
