I really love the customer service here. Both Laura and Lindsey have been absolutely professional, personable, and attentive throughout my process. Very pleased with that and the pricing here, compared to another storage facility close by, saved me just shy of $85.00 a month! Plus Prime's units are all indoors!!
Went to take a look at some units for an upcoming move and Laura was amazing to work with. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She took me on a tour of the facility to view a couple sizes she recommended which were perfect for what I needed. I will be coming back here to store my items simply because of her customer service.
Very clean, has trollies for customer use, the driveway was always clear and easy to access. No issues, would recommend
Prime storage is the best storage facility in the business!! The staff is super kind and accommodating. I moved in a customer being a professional mover and the staff made sure I could easily find the unit and had the tools I needed to move the items into the unit without hiccup.
