I had such a great experience at Prime Storage thanks to Miss Laura. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my belongings out without any extra charges, which meant a lot to me. I really love the customer service here. Both Laura and Lindsey have been absolutely professional, personable, and attentive throughout my process. Very pleased with that and the pricing here, compared to another storage facility close by, saved me just shy of $85.00 a month! Plus Prime's units are all indoors!!

Very clean, has trollies for customer use, the driveway was always clear and easy to access. No issues, would recommend
Went to take a look at some units for an upcoming move and Laura was amazing to work with. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She took me on a tour of the facility to view a couple sizes she recommended which were perfect for what I needed. I will be coming back here to store my items simply because of her customer service.
