We've had a terrible experience. I rented with Cubesmart before, I should have never changed to Prime. They tossed us out for "living in the unit", just because we were in and out quite often since me and my boyfriend are living with friends until we find a bigger apartment together. Also, I admit I walked in with donuts that day only to pack them into sandwich bags and take them right back out, and I had a few non perishable sealed food items in there, that I thought were allowed, but I guess not. Absolutely not one complaint or concern. The girls at the front counter were very professional. It was incredibly seamless, from showing me a few different units discussing what size I would need and then getting a really good price and setting it all up basically myself on the computer as she prompted me and before I knew it all was said and done! Place is very clean hours are reasonable and really happy I went there.
Laura was spectacular!! She was clear in her explanation of the unit and costs, found me the unit closest to the door without me even asking and willing took me to see it as well. She has charisma and the sweetest demeanor. Very professional and willing to have casual talk. I'm glad my first experience at prime storage was with her.
My entire experience was trouble free... Megan greeted me with a smile, informed me of the several options available to me, toured the facility with me, and closed the deal within an hour. Both this facility and its staff score a 9/10 for customer service, quality of options, affordability, and convenience! Thank you, Megan, and Prime Storage...you did not disappoint. :))
Office personnel are awesome! Patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Facility is new so it's immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. Much less expensive than the other storage unit I had which had no climate control and had no lighting. My fingers would freeze before I could get what I needed lol. Not with Prime Storage. They have hallway lighting and it's maintained at about 50° which is quite comfortable when you need to look for things. Thank you Prime Storage!!!
