Best storage facility I have ever used and I have used pretty much all of them! Clean facility. Nice easy open garage doors on the units. Climate control so all your valuable items can stay preserved. Staff is really helpful and very friendly! Would definitely do repeat business for my storage needs in the future.
Was asked randomly to move to unit with a large support in the middle of it. Was given reduction in rent, but only to be raised again two months later. Upon move out which was one day after billing cycle ended, owner refused to pro rate me one day. Facility also falling into disrepair, do not recommend. Happy to be out of there.
Lily was excellent in setting up my account. She answered most questions that were forming in my head before I could even ask them. Very thorough, very patient, and very pleasant. I feel confident that I selected the right place and the right company for my storage needs.

The staff member, Lily, has a wonderful attitude and is very helpful to customers she goes out of her way to make sure we have no worries no questions no concerns.
