The staff member, Lily, has a wonderful attitude and is very helpful to customers she goes out of her way to make sure we have no worries no questions no concerns. Overall, a positive storage experience.

I came across this climate control storage space and I was introduced with Theo as I was telling him my business needs and what I need to store we figured out the right size so afterwards, Theo volunteered to show me one of the vacant Storage units and to my surprise, everything was clean, tidy and spotless! Theo did a great job on taking down my information and sending me an invoice.

Lilliam was very welcoming and helpful in getting my account set up with Prime Storage. I used a 5x10 locker while moving into my studio apartment which was the perfect size for several furniture pieces, storage totes, bags, and workout equipment. The location in Warwick is very convenient without too much traffic. I would definitely choose Prime Storage again if needed.

Reservation was easy with good follow up. Building is clean and easy to maneuver items to storage unit. Lilly was very helpful upon arrival.
