The gentlemen who works there is amazing! He was very helpful. He got all the paper work filled out in a timely manner. Extra points for the place being so clean! He showed us to our unit and helped us a lot! He explained everything in great detail. Real great guy!
So far an excellent experience. Nicole was fantastic last week doing all the paperwork and helping me find the best available storage unit. Today while moving items in we met Tony who could not have been any nicer. Facilities are clean and well lit and the people are great. Good monthly rates are just a bonus
We needed a short term storage unit for storage of a family member’s items. Tony was outstanding and set us up with a good size rental at a very fair price. The units are temperature controlled and very clean. I highly recommend if anyone needs a storage unit to go to Prime Storage especially the one in Plaistow, NH.
I’m a repeat customer at Prime Storage in Plaistow, NH, and they continue to impress me every time. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon around 5 PM and was immediately greeted by Tony. I let him know I needed a 10’x10’ climate-controlled unit, and without hesitation, he got right to work. So glad I switched! I was renting down the street at Storage USA until they raised their rates from $110 a month, to $171 for a 10x10. Although everyone was super nice there, I couldn’t justify the price. Tony (site manager) made my transfer as easy as pie. Great guy, very personable, and informative. The place is so clean you could eat off the floors. Several entrances to make moving super easy. This was one of those decisions I wish I made earlier.
