I would not have chosen Prime Storage but that they took over from a previous company who owned the Plaistow, NH. The idea of being accessible from 6am-10pm does not hold up as for over 5 months there has been an ongoing problem with the pin-pads. So the only way to get in is during office hours, which is not good for those of us with jobs, and Sunday the office is closed. Great storage units. The whole building is super clean! Great prices. Really friendly and very helpful staff(Tony). I was shopping around for a unit for a while, I should have went straight to Prime Storage!
This has been going on for too long. I can't access my unit due to work during the business hours listed. With no access on Sundays at all. Unacceptable. Update 3/17/25: I spoke with Tony today about the issue with the security system. He assured me he's been doing everything he can to fix the problem. I was told the fix is coming soon. Prime Storage Plaistow has been a positive expereince so far. The facility is very clean and secure, they offer reasonably priced units, and the customer service has been great.
I did not expect the service I received when I arranged for a storage space with Tony, full time friendlClea manager. I was given a tour of this new immaculate building, loaded with the latest safety and surveillance equipment. Clean and secure.
