Anthony is super friendly and knowledgeable about the building and the process. We were planning on going to multiple facilities, but he was able to offer us a great promotion, so we didn't have to waste the day shopping around!
If they still call themselves Prime Storage, anyways I’m talking about the service center for storage cubes next to Tractor Supply off of 125 in Plaistow. Anthony was very knowledgeable and friendly, as he has been the last four times I’ve interacted with him. He’s someone I feel comfortable walking the halls of the storage unit with. He has helped me “find my key” (when I had it with me the whole time) and has been extremely kind and understanding. He is a valuable employee and you are lucky to have him.
I always have the best experience with the staff over at prime storage. Anytime interacting with either Steve or Tony, I am met with nothing but the best customer service. Great prices, clean facility and amazing service.
We needed a short term storage unit for storage of a family member’s items. Tony was outstanding and set us up with a good size rental at a very fair price. The units are temperature controlled and very clean. I highly recommend if anyone needs a storage unit to go to Prime Storage especially the one in Plaistow, NH.
I am very pleased by the treatment I have received by Prime Storage employees. Not just professionally, but a show of respect and kindness. Tony, with whom I have dealt with the most, has made my moves as painless as possible, for which I am very grateful. Also, the building always looks clean and well maintained.
