I am very pleased by the treatment I have received by Prime Storage employees. Not just professionally, but a show of respect and kindness. Tony, with whom I have dealt with the most, has made my moves as painless as possible, for which I am very grateful. Also, the building always looks clean and well maintained.
The site manager Tony was incredible and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in quite a while. Facility is very well maintained and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend.
So far an excellent experience. Nicole was fantastic last week doing all the paperwork and helping me find the best available storage unit. Today while moving items in we met Tony who could not have been any nicer. Facilities are clean and well lit and the people are great. Good monthly rates are just a bonus
