Though my time here was short, it was a 10/10 experience. I needed a short-term rental, and I expected the process of not continuing the lease to be stressful or chaotic, but everything was very straightforward and easy. The manager, who I believe is named James, was always available to answer any questions and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use them again for any future moves!
James and Starr were very helpful to me as I was getting the code to my new box! They even made sure to look after my friends water bottle when he left it behind! Definitely recommend this place!
Great staff. Very helpful. The facility is also top notch. I appreciated the staff giving me a unit with easy access on the first floor (being a senior citizen).
The staff ( James and scott) are wonderful to work with! They are friendly and very helpful! I aak alot of questions and both answered every one without hesitation or getting aggravated with me. They both deserve a raise!!
