I am delighted with this particular Prime Storage, and my overall experience here. I had made a request for a unit tour, and the tour was excellent, allowing me to view the specific unit I requested. The best part is the General Manager here. General Manager Amaris provided exceptional service, thoroughly explaining everything and addressing all my questions. Amaris was so awesome! She went over everything with me and made the move in process so easy. There were no carts available so she even went to find one for me! Top notch service from Amaris and Prime Storage! I highly recommend Prime Storage! So clean and well maintained
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Prime Storage in Attelboro. In comparison to other storage facilities, I've used in the past, they are a cut above the rest, in more ways than one. For starters the premises were pristinely clean, with wide walkways and easy loading access. But what stood out the most was the top-notch customer service I received from James. Highly recommend. We used Prime Storage for 7 months and could not have been more pleased. Nice clean facility and truly terrific management with a friendly staff. The quality of customer service provided was refreshing. We were easily able to transfer/add another unit when we needed even more space. Not to mention the prices are the cheapest in the area. Everything has been great since I decided to choose Prime Storage for my storage needs. While I never had any use for a storage area before now, I spoke with Prime Storage several times. and felt comfortable with the services they would offer. After touring with Miranda, I was again very impressed with all they offered. Do yourself a favor, and store your "stuff" at Prme Storage!
