I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! They have been reliable, friendly, and understanding. I have had a few units here for just about a year now and they are great. James in the office has been a great help. They always make sure they are looking out for your best interest in keeping your items safe, helping however they can, and maintaining professionalism. There is plenty of parking and the access hours are convenient. Highly recommend!
Miranda is so good at her job. She had a solution for the small issues I had. Was very knowledgeable and kind. Moving and figuring out all the extra stuff that comes with it is stressful. They made it easier, which I needed desperately. 10/10
The reservation online was easy and affordable. I switched from another company on my own saving a 3rd of what I was paying for a unit the same size. The follow up was professional and helpful. The facility is big, clean and spacious. My only two complaints or suggestions would be more carts be available to move items since it is so big and maybe signs to show the numbers that units x thru x are this way. Otherwise I'm satisfied.
Went in for storage quotes. Was greeted my Amaris the manager. She was so helpful. She answered all my questions showed all the different units and sizes. Customer service was #1 and the prices are good too. Would recommend.
1/31/2016 update: I used the facility in Attleboro for 6 months without any issues, and moving out was very easy. I recommend the facility. Clean secure location and friendly staff. One draw back is that the corridors can be little narrow when navigating larger items to units ib the back. Climate controlled units are a plus.
