Prime Storage Methuen As far the best storage I’ve ever had when I got to the facility Mary the receptionist helped me out finding the lock and look in my storage unit. She was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants to have a peaceful move.
Have used this storage space for a little over a year now after noticing mouse droppings inside my other local storage unit (never stored food things, just seasonal gear). So far this place has been incredibly clean, perfect temp and convenient. I went today to rent a 2nd smaller unit and Mary was absolutely wonderful in working with me to get the perfect unit to suit my needs. She was kind, patient and funny. Would 10/10 recommend Prime for storage needs!
Amazingly friendly people Mary and Michelle are great. I was recommended to this place by a friend and the place is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.
Never thought I would need a storage unit but my property sold days after listed, I choose Prime Storage for several reasons, reasonable rates, location. Upon entering office I was given a warm welcome from Edwin, he listened to my needs and we selected a unit. Property is well maintained and extremely clean, they also have. A large assortment of supplies, i would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

A family friend recommended me to Prime Storage. I had requested a tour before I made my final decision on which storage unit I would need/want. It was a clean and professional environment! I am grateful that Mary was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Same day service and purchase were available. I was able to find and purchase a storage unit for my personal nee... read more
