Never thought I would need a storage unit but my property sold days after listed, I choose Prime Storage for several reasons, reasonable rates, location. Upon entering office I was given a warm welcome from Edwin, he listened to my needs and we selected a unit. Property is well maintained and extremely clean, they also have. A large assortment of supplies, i would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
Loved my time here. Unit was nice and clean when I first moved in. The process of coming and going was simple. Mary was very nice and accommodating when I went to move out. 10/10 would definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.
I received a call from Prime Storage because I had forgot to lock my unit. I would like to give a special thanks to Mary for taking the time to call me, and also offering to lock my unit for me so I did not have to go to the location to do so myself. Sorry to leave this message instead of calling but I am out of town. I do not go by the storage until Alot however the few times I have had to front entrance elevator didn't work and I have had to go to the back entrance which was pitch dark. Inside i saw 2 cockroaches and they were 🪳 cockroaches not bugs. I suggested to one of the workers to put up signs to direct the numbers of the units because its like a dark maze in there trying to find unit # as well as trying to find your way back to the elevator.
