Never thought I would need a storage unit but my property sold days after listed, I choose Prime Storage for several reasons, reasonable rates, location. Upon entering office I was given a warm welcome from Edwin, he listened to my needs and we selected a unit. Property is well maintained and extremely clean, they also have. A large assortment of supplies, i would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
Mary has been an immense help the last year with both of my storage units even when I needed to downsize while waiting to sell some furniture. Love this place! Super clean, safe/secure, and love the climate control option.
Walked in as if I was clueless and was greeted with friendly smiles with employees ready and willing to help. I asked if there was anything I needed to do or check since I started things online and without hesitation, Mary helped me check in, showed me where my unit was and even got a personalized pin code for when I return so I wouldn’t have to worry about a long 10 digit pin I wouldn’t remember. Mary and Edwin were very kind and helpful. It has been years since I stored anything and they both walked me through the whole process. Mary also worked on finding me the best rate that I was comfortable with. They are very knowledgeable and extremely funny. They made this experience great and I highly recommend!
Great start with Prime Storage. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was super helpful and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, they were very hands on from showing me my storage to helping me with my cart. Pricing was fair and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and stress-free storage!
