Loved my time here. Unit was nice and clean when I first moved in. The process of coming and going was simple. Mary was very nice and accommodating when I went to move out. 10/10 would definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.
I received a call from Prime Storage because I had forgot to lock my unit. I would like to give a special thanks to Mary for taking the time to call me, and also offering to lock my unit for me so I did not have to go to the location to do so myself. Never thought I would need a storage unit but my property sold days after listed, I choose Prime Storage for several reasons, reasonable rates, location. Upon entering office I was given a warm welcome from Edwin, he listened to my needs and we selected a unit. Property is well maintained and extremely clean, they also have. A large assortment of supplies, i would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

It has been a pleasure to have storage units at Prime Storage in Methuen MA. Reserving the units was quick and easy with a return phone call coming promptly after an online request. The units are clean, everything is well lit, and the whole facility is well cared for. But, the best part of this storage facility is Mary, who welcomed us, provided us with all of the info we would need and has been amazingly pleasant and helpful.
