Never thought I would need a storage unit but my property sold days after listed, I choose Prime Storage for several reasons, reasonable rates, location. Upon entering office I was given a warm welcome from Edwin, he listened to my needs and we selected a unit. Property is well maintained and extremely clean, they also have. A large assortment of supplies, i would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
I received a call from Prime Storage because I had forgot to lock my unit. I would like to give a special thanks to Mary for taking the time to call me, and also offering to lock my unit for me so I did not have to go to the location to do so myself. This is the level of customer service that all companies should recognize and appreciate out of their employees. Thank you so much for the call and assistance Mary!!
Loved my time here. Unit was nice and clean when I first moved in. The process of coming and going was simple. Mary was very nice and accommodating when I went to move out. 10/10 would definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

Storage facility is clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The issue was that multiple times when I wanted to move things in or out of my second floor unit the elevators would be out of service. If I needed a storage unit here again I would ask for a first floor unit.
