This storage facility is excellent, well maintained, clean, and always organized. Communication is professional and polite from start to finish. The on-site staff is friendly, helpful, and truly goes the extra mile. Nathan has been great to work with and consistently makes the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Clean facility and fairly new. Pricing (monthly rental fee) is a scam. Typical bait and switch. Two significant price increases in six months. Of course they want you month to month so they can raise their rent anytime—or “offer” to arrange a move out date within a week’s time! Imagine dealing with a used car lot. That’s them!!!
Rebecca and Nate are so helpful truly had the best experience in this storage! They were both super helpful and anytime I called with a doubt they were quick to respond and help me. Obviously the place was clean and good but never have I had such great service. Truly both of them where a pleasure to deal with and mad my experience at prime storage 100x better :)
I love it. But I don't care for them jacking the rates up out of nowhere. I changed this from 4 star to 5 star. Nathan who is there all the time helped resolve my issue. Still went up 7 bucks but that beats 40 something increase! Ty guys!
I recently moved all of my belongings into storage until my house is renovated and Nathan was so helpful, kind and courteous. I would suggest Prime Storage to anyone that had need of extra storage space. The facility is clean, well kept and secure. Ann
