The on-site staff is friendly, helpful, and truly goes the extra mile. Nathan has been great to work with and consistently makes the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I love it. But I don't care for them jacking the rates up out of nowhere. I changed this from 4 star to 5 star. Nathan who is there all the time helped resolve my issue. Still went up 7 bucks but that beats 40 something increase! Ty guys!
I recently moved all of my belongings into storage until my house is renovated and Nathan was so helpful, kind and courteous. I would suggest Prime Storage to anyone that had need of extra storage space. The facility is clean, well kept and secure. Ann
