Darren is always so helpful & giving EXCELLENT customer service. Our company will keep doing business here. Kudos to Darren & all that you do. Clean property, decent prices; you just can't go wrong!
I was happy with your employees at the location BUT I am happy with your policy of not giving me a refund on my payment. My movers could not move my stuff till the 6th of November (I gave advance notice to location). Since I only used for 1 week of month I think you should have at least refunded half of my payment. That's called GOOD customer service by the way
