The gentleman that helped me with my unit today helped me get into it! I had questions he had answers very informative even showed me right where it was walked me out and showed me right where my unit was very courteous very professional must give him a big thumbs up for that ! Both Darren and Fred have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I had a couple situations of my own doing that they both volunteered to handle so that everything went smoothly for me. I am thrilled to have this space and deal with customer services this good!! Highly recommend them!
Came looking for a unit and was greeted by Derron who was awesome very friendly had a great vibe . Made our decision easy to do business with prime you have a great individual working for you
Devon was incredibly helpful. Our new unit was in perfect condition. We appreciated that there are office hours with staff present, unlike many other storage facilities. We have fully unpacked now and have no complaints.
