Darren was the only one working on the day we brought our RV for storage. He was friendly and accommodating. The space we weee assigned had tree branches that our RV wouldn’t fit under and he was quick to change our spot.
Five stars for now... Very good initial rates. I'm hoping they didn't bait me into a attractive rate and then drastically increase it in the next few months. I'll update this comment a few months down the road. The facility itself is very nice and well taken care of. I usually can't find a cart so I have to move everything with my own dolly.
It was a great overall experience. Clean facility. Easy access. Many dollies for hauling stuff. Secure location. I was offered price reduction for the business. If you want to go there, make sure to have a storage unit rental to avoid a mandatory 20 dollar insurance.
I had a great experience at Prime Storage! Diana was absolutely amazing — super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy for me and answered all my questions with a smile. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and the security gives me peace of mind. We arrived before they opened but Deanna was very polite in telling us they opened at 11am. So we came back after 11am and Deanna was there and we met Vanessa. We rented a unit. Vanessa even walked us to our unit personally. I would DEFINITELY recommend renting from Prime Storage. They were really helpful and very nice!! ☺
