Both Darren and Fred have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I had a couple situations of my own doing that they both volunteered to handle so that everything went smoothly for me. I am thrilled to have this space and deal with customer services this good!! Highly recommend them!

Devon was incredibly helpful. Our new unit was in perfect condition. We appreciated that there are office hours with staff present, unlike many other storage facilities. We have fully unpacked now and have no complaints.
