I Called and got a quote for an RV space, i was quoted $199/month. I called around and found a very comparable storage facility and was quoted $119/month. We decided to go with the more affordable option. Over the next 3 days, Prime storage called me 3x per day to follow up and see if we wanted to go with them. Hands down! The very best customer service over the years. Even with changing hands and new faces. The corporation dials in on customer satisfaction and the employees themselves are always top notch. It’s clear they like their jobs and are willing to go the extra mile in making the sale without pressure but incentives!! The facility was great, but my two star review is for their pricing and adjustment policy. I was told that my monthly charge would be $39. Then I started to notice that the monthly charge was closer to $60. When I inquired, the manager told me that they had sent me an email about insuring my wine. I never received this email nor was able to pull it up from my history. I subsequently provided my Homeowners insurance policy in the next month it was back to $39. Prime Storage has a great facility in Sonoma. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up. I was using a Pod for my move and they let me drop it for a day to unload into storage, which was super convenient. Thank you!
One of the best storage experiences I’ve had. The place is spotless and air conditioned. The units are easy to get to, and their rates are no higher than other inferior facilities in town. While renting at another place (wish I hadn’t), the rent was jacked up every few months; not at Prime. The rate I signed for was what I paid for the whole tear and a half. I have only good things to say about Prime Storage and the management.
