This is an update to my original review For anybody looking for Storage in Sonoma I suggest you look very carefully if you're going to put your items in the storage facility It was acquired by prime Storage. I would say approximately 18 months ago now and what they did initially was have super low rates to entice people to come in. Although very frustrated with the rate increases and insurance headaches with Prime Storage in general, I am writing a good review due to the excellent service I have received from the manager Clinton. I received a call from Clinton letting me know that while doing his rounds he noticed I hadn't locked my door properly. Great experience with Prime Storage! Clint, the manager, and Josh, the assistant manager, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They made moving out of our unit easy and stress-free, and even helped us find a unit that better suited our financial needs. Highly recommend this location and their team.
The Sonoma Prime Storage facility is exceptionally clean, professionally run, and priced appropriately. They have excellent temperature-controlled units, assuring the safety of our stored items. I'd definitely use them again the next time I need storage services.
Helpful staff, clean, easily accessible units and facilities plus conveniently located a few minutes from the square in Sonoma. Also, Prime is charging a consistent, affordable price unlike other storage groups who have switched to "dynamic pricing" which makes sticking to your monthly budget impossible as every bill amount is a surprise.
