One of the best storage experiences I’ve had. The place is spotless and air conditioned. The units are easy to get to, and their rates are no higher than other inferior facilities in town. While renting at another place (wish I hadn’t), the rent was jacked up every few months; not at Prime. The rate I signed for was what I paid for the whole tear and a half. I have only good things to say about Prime Storage and the management.
Be advised, this facility is leaking a lot at the moment, during the winter rains. There are some discounted 5x5's and it's an otherwise clean, new, safe facility facility with decent customer service. But be wary before you put water-sensitive belongings in here. This has been going on since November, and the only thing I've seen them do is put buckets out to collect the rain water.
Clinton was amazing. I reserved a storage unit online this morning and entered the wrong move in date by accident, I needed it today! I called and they made the changes over the phone, took my information and payment details, within 5 minutes I had my storage agreement in my email to be signed. No sneaky charges, I actually received my first month free and a 50% discount on my rental fee! I waited for a response from Clinton and the corporate office regarding the safety and security issues I experienced, but have heard nothing. Unfortunately, Prime Storage does not provide a safe and secure facility. Always be wary when management (Clinton) asks you to write a review the day you sign up. The team at Prime Storage Sonoma helped us find just the right space for our travel trailer. This space will make our camping experiences much more enjoyable because parking our trailer will be so easy. The team was very kind, courteous and helpful. We also noticed the entire facility is well and neatly kept. We are looking forward to a long working relationship with Prime Storage Sonoma.
