I Called and got a quote for an RV space, i was quoted $199/month. I called around and found a very comparable storage facility and was quoted $119/month. Hands down! The very best customer service over the years. Even with changing hands and new faces. The corporation dials in on customer satisfaction and the employees themselves are always top notch. It’s clear they like their jobs and are willing to go the extra mile in making the sale without pressure but incentives!! One of the best storage experiences I’ve had. The place is spotless and air conditioned. The units are easy to get to, and their rates are no higher than other inferior facilities in town. While renting at another place (wish I hadn’t), the rent was jacked up every few months; not at Prime. The rate I signed for was what I paid for the whole tear and a half. I have only good things to say about Prime Storage and the management.
Great place to store wine in bulk. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Even the ripwrap is well priced. If case-level access is what you need, this is a good option.
I’m looking for a place to store my family wine collection and stopped in since I heard about the climate controlled storage offering. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer all of my questions.
