Post by Deanna: Prime storage is excellent. The facility is clean and well lit. There is ample room to park in the parking lot, and we had no problem backing the truck up to the door. The code to the door is simple and secure. They have dollys available which was great! Allison was awesome to work with. Wally was so professional impatient, best customer service.I've had. I know good customer service because I did that for thirty years. Wally is one of the best. He didn't rush me. He helped me look at my options and helped me get the best deal.
I had a recent experience at prime storage located on 8145 Connector Dr. in Florence. Wanted to thank staff for all of their support. The customer service that I received from Allison and Lily was wonderful. They were calm and explained clearly what was needed for me to be able to support individuals. Extremely professional and I will definitely be referring your storage unit.
It's the staff for me! Very kind and accommodating people that are there for you, when my rent was raised , I explained that I was experiencing homelessness , and they made sure that it did not get raised for me! They have excused a few late fees for me.Knowing the situation I was in. They are an extremely clean facility with large unit for a small price! Great experience. This isn’t my first storage u it experience but it was by far the best and easiest. The GM Allison at the Florence location was amazing. Unit was clean and the facility was well secured and organized.
