Good experience storing my items there. Allison was very attentive and always was willing to help if I needed anything. You don't see that in storage unit places . Fairly priced as well. Highly recommend using this location!
We have been with Prime Storage in Florence for about 4 months now. So far, they have been absolutely amazing to work with. The managers are attentive and always reply quickly to any questions.
Very easy no hassle storage rental. I like the fact that the units are indoors And there are a lot of security cameras. Also, there are several different sizes. So you can pick what is right for you.
This place has a wonderful staff. They are super friendly and are always willing to help. They have a very clean facility with climate control. They are great.
The place needs more carts and should add a port ta pot. People as ii am one will need a long time inbthe unit going thru thigs,have it piled in the walkway. Suddenly need a restroom ,have to throw all my stuff back inside, leave to go find a restroom, go back dig all my stuff backbout.. There is a restroom there butnlocked upbfor office people only.
