I am writing to rave about this young lady named Lilly at your Florence location. Lilly is kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I have recently become disabled and she made sure that my unit was manageable. I truly appreciated meeting her and I sincerely hope she is rewarded for her wonderful customer service.
Quick set up, very professional. She went out of her way to insure I had a spot near the door. I would recommend one simple thing to make it easier on customers. You have 6 doors and 3 carts. The first time I came in I spent probably 20 minutes walking around looking for a cart. I didn’t think they were that expensive.
Allison and Lily we're great! I stopped by to check out a door installation and they treated us with the most up most respect! Great facility definitely gonna be back!
This location has some of the best staff ever. They helped me in a matter of minutes and removed a weight off my shoulders with their kind smiles and great customer service
Prime Storage has been so great to work with! Not only is the facility kept clean and dry, and secure but also easy to access, but the staff have just been so helpful. They are wonderful at communicating and making sure that you know all changes with the facility, but also are very kind and always respond promptly.
