Unit has been fine for storing my convertible over the winter. Had to shovel snow piled up against the door to access my car. There are channels in the concrete floor perimeter for water runoff I assume. A grate over the top of them would be a plus because a keep stepping into them and risk spraining my ankle.
My experience with this storage facility has been exemplary. The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a strong commitment to customer service. The premises are exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained, which reflects the facility’s high operational standards. Our experience with Prime on Rt. 9, in Malta has been fine. However, I would like to acknowledge one employee that was exceptional and that was Becca. She goes above and beyond.
Rented unit in Saratoga, NY Everything went great. Great communication. Although the location is unmanned there is an interactive kiosk inside the unmanned office. You are immediately connected to a rep who can help you with any problem you are having.
My first storage experience exceeded my expectations. Website if extremely user friendly and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the storage facility was. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
