Rented unit in Saratoga, NY Everything went great. Great communication. Although the location is unmanned there is an interactive kiosk inside the unmanned office. You are immediately connected to a rep who can help you with any problem you are having.
The two managers at the front desk at the facility down the road who manage this site are top notch professionals. I feel great about storing my belongings here. Great job Prime team!
Today I called for a quote I was having a rough day but that all turned around when I got Amanda who not only helped me with obtaining a storage unit but she also took the time and walked me thru obtaining the App I am so greatful she really turned my day around ! She has excellent customer service I give her 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 she was awsome Thank You Amanda !!!!!
