My experience at this facility was pretty short term, and very pleasant. I ended up renting space here for about 4 months. Can’t say enough good things about the onsite staff. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer any questions that I had. Access to the facility was easy and simple. I did have some initial billing issues, but they were resolved very quickly. Pricing was competitive, and the customer service was exceptional.
I'm in Alabama, 9 hours from my 'stuff,' so I depend on Prime Storage to take care of my belongings in my absence. Matt replies to my emails immediately, gave me a heads-up that my contents insurance would need renewal, and I have a friend IN Fort Myers who also rents a unit. He gave a thumbs up when I told him where I had stored my goodies. Many thanks and would surely recommend this facility.
First time renting a storage unit and I had a really good experience with prime storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the unit was pretty clean I have only been in there for a few weeks, but I have not had any issues since.
