Christy, Louis, and Wendy were all super helpful when I fell behind on payments keeping in contact with me and laying out my options. They all were so kind and did not make me feel uncomfortable about my balance and were reassuring me about getting what I could done. They made the experience truly easy and were so kind through it all.
Ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. Theu make a stressful situation easier. Place is convenient, easy access. Would highly recommend them. They are helping keep my mom's important items safe and make her at ease.
We had no problems storing our items here. (4150 Hancock Bridge Pkwy). Front desk staff are all very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!
If I could give negative stars I would. As soon as they took over from Extra Space it was all down hill. They shut down their bathrooms, couldn’t access our unit for days because they “couldn’t get in the building” and wanted to overcharge on several occasions. Even paying more elsewhere is better than dealing with this company. I’ve had storage units with several different companies for a lot of years and have never dealt with such unprofessionalism.
