My experience at this facility was pretty short term, and very pleasant. I ended up renting space here for about 4 months. Can’t say enough good things about the onsite staff. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer any questions that I had. Access to the facility was easy and simple. I did have some initial billing issues, but they were resolved very quickly. Pricing was competitive, and the customer service was exceptional.
I appreciate The office Always being there to answer my questions and promptly. I felt very safe and secure every time that I visited my unit and the staff was always accommodating and helpful. I wish my low rate could’ve continued After the first three months and definitely thereafter,, but my goal was to move out of state and after over a year it finally happened. My late brother's things stayed safe & dry. Easy & wonderful check in, invoice emailed and amount very reasonable, great to have a cart available on site. Shout out to the dispatcher that helped me 2x"s on my first Sunday!! Perfect thank you!!!
