I appreciate The office Always being there to answer my questions and promptly. I felt very safe and secure every time that I visited my unit and the staff was always accommodating and helpful. My late brother's things stayed safe & dry. Easy & wonderful check in, invoice emailed and amount very reasonable, great to have a cart available on site. Shout out to the dispatcher that helped me 2x"s on my first Sunday!! Perfect thank you!!!

Did they pay the reviewers? 🤣 this place is a joke. Today, 7am on Saturday unable to get to work because the work truck is trapped and I can’t get in to access it. Call customer service and they are very rude as if they are doing you a favor. They were going to call the general manager it’s 9am still have not heard back from anyone. A full work day wasted thanks to this storage facility. (My bill is paid) And Let’s not mention the cameras are still being fixed since I rented the unit.
Entering the facility i was greated with smiles and big hello .Both girls worked as a team,answered all my questions and explained how everything works everything was de a good cleaned and I felt comfortable inside. I made a good choice Thankyou
