I had an excellent experience with Prime Storage helping me out with a situation they inherited from the previous owners Extra Space. It was a bit complicated but Matt the general manager, persevered and made what seemed like a very difficult system issue, work. He wouldn’t give up until it made sense for both of us. My experience at this facility was pretty short term, and very pleasant. I ended up renting space here for about 4 months. Can’t say enough good things about the onsite staff. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer any questions that I had. Access to the facility was easy and simple. I did have some initial billing issues, but they were resolved very quickly. Pricing was competitive, and the customer service was exceptional.
