Taylor handled our setup quickly, the property was amazingly clean, and staffed even on weekends. There are newer fancier storage facilities, but your going to pay s setup fee (around $30), your renter insurance is separate and required, some facitlities are charging you an electric fee separately (Prime includes this in the rental rate) The new places are full of surprises. We used This Nokomis facility a long time ago during our remodel. Same great service. Highly recommend!

She went out of her way to make sure I got a unit close to the door because I have a bad knee, and that really meant a lot to me. Do not use this place if you want climate controlled storage. It was not working in August and I asked the manager she said they were working on it. I moved out because my unit tripled in price. I went in early November to clean out my unit and the set temp was 85 in my unit. I again approached the manager and she said I know. She is a victim of corporate having to make excuses for them. Amazing service. Really nice people. Great value. Honestly it was the best experience I’ve had at a storage facility in years. You can tell these owners actually care about their business.
Employees at facility are great. Corporate offices think they can raise rates every 3 months and keep customers. I left due to two increases in the 6 months I was there.
