Clean and nice staff very helpful. I have a nice unit.
They are both so kind and helpful. I couldn't get in my unit so I went to office. He ( I am sorry, but forgot his name)was busy with a customer so I decided to go back and try it again , without even saying anything to him. As I was trying the lock again there he was! He just figured I was having some kind of trouble, so he came to my unit . That is beyond courteous and thoughtful. You won't be disappointed at all, you will be very satisfied with every aspect of Prime Storage. Very clean and good price.
Prime Storage turned out to be perfect for us location wise and easy access and great hours. Matt the customer service gentleman who helped us at Nokomis was very friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond for us in helping us get the right storage fit. We really appreciate him. The overall Prime Storage team in communicating with us to get started and find a spot were excellent. They called us to schedule the appointment and we're so friendly and informative. My experience for 3 years there was excellent until it became PRIME STORAGE. My honest feeling is they are a very GREEDY company. Our rates were doubled every 3 to 4 months! We actually started around $70.00 per month several years ago. After Prime bought them our rate went up to $128, then recently went to $248.00. Their response to me was "we are trying to get competitive." Sorry. We left.
Both Taylor and Matt were very helpful throughout my move process. They provided me with added support when I needed it and some good recommendations too. The facility is always clean and secure. Highly recommended.
