Recently rented a unit here and the process was easy. The price was very reasonable and the property is clean. Darren was particularly helpful! He was courteous and friendly. He walked me through everything and even showed me to my unit and made sure I knew all the things! Highly recommend.
Taylor handled our setup quickly, the property was amazingly clean, and staffed even on weekends. There are newer fancier storage facilities, but your going to pay s setup fee (around $30), your renter insurance is separate and required, some facitlities are charging you an electric fee separately (Prime includes this in the rental rate) The new places are full of surprises. We used This Nokomis facility a long time ago during our remodel. Same great service. Highly recommend!

I started renting a climate controlled 10x10’ unit with Extraspace storage in mid 2024. My monthly bill was $81. After Primestorage took over, the AC suddenly stopped working, the gates were always open and bathrooms always locked. Within ONE YEAR our monthly payments quickly jumped to $183. The AC did not work throughout the entire summer, causing damage to many of the completely solid wooden items we paid to have climate controlled space for. Do not use this place if you want climate controlled storage. It was not working in August and I asked the manager she said they were working on it. I moved out because my unit tripled in price. I went in early November to clean out my unit and the set temp was 85 in my unit. I again approached the manager and she said I know. She is a victim of corporate having to make excuses for them.
