Setting up our storage was super easy. The people in the office were very friendly and we have a storage unit in a good location and it is very convenient. We didn’t realize we needed a special lock until we were moving our stuff in but it was available for purchase. We’re glad someone was in the office when we arrived. Overall, great storage for a great price…very clean and safe!
Just started renting from them 2 months ago and the experience has been awful. I am in the back building with sliding glass door to enter. In this period of time... the doors are constantly open, letting the a/c air out. My unit today was at 78 and I am paying for a climate control unit. When I went to front desk to complain, the guy looked at me and said there is nothing he can do that I have to email and he will funnel it up to the appropriate person. Seriously!!! Darren and Fred provided exceptional customer service when signing up for my rental space at the Nokomis location today! Very pleasant and accommodating! Super positive experience!
So far zero issues with my unit after 2 months. I will say however I don't like Taylor bring replaced with a customer service kiosk. She's excellent at her job there & very personable, the kiosk is not as easy as speaking to a live person.
