Taylor was incredibly helpful and made my move a little easier. We had a nice conversation an out the local area and she even found me a discount for the unit. The facility was quiet, clean and had working dollies and elevators. I highly recommend this place.
Taylor was wonderful in helping us get a space for our trailer. She was very helpful, informative, smiley, and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend prime storage just bc she works there!
Quite impressed with the initial setup of being a new customer. Louis was extremely helpful and knew all the answers to any and all of My questions. I highly recommend you give them the ability to help you with your storage needs!

They are both so kind and helpful. I couldn't get in my unit so I went to office. He ( I am sorry, but forgot his name)was busy with a customer so I decided to go back and try it again , without even saying anything to him. As I was trying the lock again there he was! He just figured I was having some kind of trouble, so he came to my unit . That is beyond courteous and thoughtful. You won't be disappointed at all, you will be very satisfied with every aspect of Prime Storage. Very clean and good price.
