I had an excellent experience with Steve, the store manager at Premier Storage Units. He has a truly amazing attitude and a loving, caring presence that makes you feel welcome from the moment you Steve knows everything about the storage options inside and out, and he explained features and accessibility with clarity. Steve was absolutely amazing! He was always very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet. You could truly tell that he cared about his customers every step of the way, all the way until it was time for us to leave. His kindness and dedication really made the entire experience stand out.
