I got behind on my storage unit and they have been very understanding and havent sold my stuff. I lost my bf, he passed away unexpectedly and I have had so hard of a time trying to make it on a fixed income but prime storage has helped me tremendously. I would Def recommend them if u need a storage unit. Thank yall so much! ❤️😀
Chandra was very helpful I came right before they closed I signed my contract in a rush and there were some issues she stayed behind to make sure that the unit was ready for me to move in. She took her time didn’t rush us even 20 mins past closing time. In addition the facility smells and looks very clean and well kept. They will definitely get my future business
