On August 2nd 2026, my girlfriend and i went to your facility at around 2:25 pm trying to enter the building. However, every keypad to enter was not online. Yes, we understand that the power to the keypads was not working, as told to us by the customer service agent that we contacted. But this has apparently been an ongoing issue all day as told to us by the same representative, so why not contact the owner to get somebody over there for the people that are paying money to have access to there property within the hours your... read more
I was able to reserve the unit I wanted online. Once I arrived at their office, Cam was a very polite, friendly and professional representative! He got me through the completion of our business in ten minutes! I am impressed with the security, the cleanliness and the availability of resources most facilities don’t offer (pallet hand trucks and restrooms). Glad to award this business 5 stars!
Kendall was very helpful from the very first phone call interaction, until I got to the site to finalize my storage unit. He helped me locate my storage and also showed me how to make it easier to bring my things in.
Your team was excellent and helped me get settled in the correct unit for me. I felt like they were family. The way they handle my quest with no stress was great. I will recommend them to anyone that needs storage.
nice monthly price and convenient hours. the building did have bugs every time I went inside to the unit and temperature was set at 54 degrees. the emergency doors on the sliding doors were left open a couple times too; so anyone could walk in without a code after the office had left for the day. over all pleased. this location’s staff has awesome costumer service.
