I had such an amazing experience at Prime Storage. I recently moved storage facilities, so I stopped by to figure out where my unit was and how to get in, etc. Faith was the awesome rep that was available for me. She was busy working hard cleaning out a unit, but took the time to stop and help me get started with my new unit. Went on 2 separate occasions to grab things from my storage unit and only one door at the far end near the office works, so I have to walk all the way down the hall with a baby plus whatever I’m carrying. This has been over a month now. It’s ridiculous for the amount of money that we pay that we can’t even have the doors fixed for easier access.

Customer representative, Phil, was great! Imagine, he said it was not his store, that he was filling in for the manager. He was patient and he explained everything to us. If I had a business, I would want the person representing my company to have his personality in dealing with customers. To think he was just filling in for another manager. I hope the actual manager is as good as he is because, he was excellent! Great work ethic! 5🌟
