By accident, I found Prime Storage, and the delightful Faith, the customer representative who assisted me during my journey for a safe and secure storage environment. The young lady that helped us with our questions and concerns was very friendly and always had a smile I’m sorry and sad that I can’t remember her name. But she was truly beyond helpful with the whole process. This storage unit is not only is clean but also very affordable. Definitely happy to have chosen Prime Storage 😊

We recently sold our condo and need space for storage to sort out items. We found prime storage on line and were surprised at how many locations they have. We chose Jean st. In New Bedford. The facility is huge and very clean. Faith showed us the size of the units and was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have carts to help with you load your unit. Overall we have had an excellent experience so far.
