I searched the entire Greater New Bedford area for a clean, nice, and customer-driven storage facility. By accident, I found Prime Storage, and the delightful Faith, the customer representative who assisted me during my journey for a safe and secure storage environment. We recently sold our condo and need space for storage to sort out items. We found prime storage on line and were surprised at how many locations they have. We chose Jean st. In New Bedford. The facility is huge and very clean. Faith showed us the size of the units and was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have carts to help with you load your unit. Overall we have had an excellent experience so far.
The employees at Jean St, Faith and Kelsi, were fantastic! Got me into a unit at a great price that I can actually afford. They were kind, caring, funny and relatable. I’m relieved and comfortable knowing I’m switching my storage needs to this Prime Storage. They deserve a raise!!
Faith was super friendly, amazing, and knowledgeable in setting us up with a storage unit, getting us the best rate possible, and answering all the questions we had. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!
I stopped by today to look at a couple of units, and Faith, Kelsi, and Wilson were extremely helpful. I love the facility and the variety of units they offer. I can't wait to start renting!
