Bait and switch! I signed a contract for a storage space for $54 per month beginning October 2025. My monthly rate was increased to $87 starting in November, only one month later. That’s an increase of 61%! I understood that the rate might increase in the future, but to do it after one month is unconscionable. That being said, the facility and staff are excellent.
Chris and Ed were amazing!! Quick, efficient, and friendly. The storage facility was clean and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend storing with Prime Storage.
Exceptional Service from Ed at Prime Storage! I recently spoke with Ed at Prime Storage and was extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and customer care. From the start, Ed greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my specific storage needs. He asked questions and then made suggestions based on what I needed. He made what was a stressful situation much less so and I couldn't be happier.
I have been at this facility for 4 + years and never had an issue with any aspect of either the physical attributes of the buildings nor in any dealings with the staff. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I would happily recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs. David Gresham
These guys are awesome. Facility is top notch. New and clean and well equipped rented a 10 x 30 for a year and it came out nice and organized
