Bait and switch! I signed a contract for a storage space for $54 per month beginning October 2025. My monthly rate was increased to $87 starting in November, only one month later. That’s an increase of 61%! I understood that the rate might increase in the future, but to do it after one month is unconscionable. That being said, the facility and staff are excellent.

Chris and Ed were amazing!! Quick, efficient, and friendly. The storage facility was clean and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend storing with Prime Storage.

Exceptional Service from Ed at Prime Storage! I recently spoke with Ed at Prime Storage and was extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and customer care. From the start, Ed greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my specific storage needs. He asked questions and then made suggestions based on what I needed. He made what was a stressful situation much less so and I couldn't be happier.

Let the agent on the telephone and at the front desk know that I was closing my account because the storage unit belonged to my sister who passed away and they continuously solicited me trying to get me to keep the unit. Received several voicemails even after I told the agent at the desk that their sales tactics were inappropriate and that I did not want to be contacted while continuously telling them I didn’t need the unit because the owner passed.

I stored my mom’s belongings at this unit for two years, and everything was always perfect. Today, as we moved out, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. He encouraged me with a simple “You got this,” and those few words meant more than he probably realized. On such a sensitive day, his understanding and compassion truly made a difference.
