Had a great experience working with the team here. We recently cleaned several major slip hazard areas around the property, and Larry was excellent to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about keeping the facility safe for customers and staff. Larry, at prime Storage in Cocoa is a lifesaver. I got hit with a sudden need for storage of manufacturing molds. Larry was able to get me two units right away then I needed a third! he got me hooked up with that one as well with great prices. He followed up with me and checked in while we were loading the sheds with product. Property is spotless , clean and manicured. Very pleased with everything. Thank you.
Was able to get my RV in for storage at a very reasonable price. The general manager was very helpful with the delivery of the RV and with being patient on me getting my paperwork together. It was a very seamless process which took a lot of stress off of me. The facility is clean, great security and easy to access at anytime.
I reported a light out in front of my unit two months ago I saw a young lady her named was Samantha. She told me she would get back with me in two weeks instead, 5 minutes later, she came back with Frank came along and resolved the problem.
