Renee is the BEST! So helpful, so sweet and always super helpful. I’d never used a storage unit before and she was so great to answer all my questions and even helped me figure out what size storage unit I needed. I know I can make a payment a couple of different ways but I always like to call her directly to make my payment because she’s so nice to talk to. I couldn’t imagine trusting another company to storage my belongings - furniture, appliances, clothes… I know it’s safe.
Lisa and Renee have been such great help to me for all my storage needs. I still have units in Vero Beach. I look forward to continuing my storage needs with Prime! 5 Stars for both! Thanks - Bill
