The aspect I like the most about this storage facility is Larry. He is incredibly helpful and truly goes above and beyond through his phone service. I haven't seen anyone in the office; it's always closed or empty, so it's been wonderful to connect with Larry for assistance. He's the best. The unit was also the perfect size and very convenient to get to. I was also given a deal in terms of pricing which I really appreciated.
Came in today to get some information for some units. Had the awesome experience of speaking with Larry, Property Manager. Great Guy! Super nice, accommodating, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Great Job!!
Larry, the manager was awesome. Knows his stuff, & is so helpful. He knows how to take great care of his new clients. Highly recommend Prime Storage. Unit was so clean. Not a spec of dirt. The units sit up above the road & the driveways angle, so no flooding. We got a 5'x10' perfect size for our needs & great price. We left our storage company to go with prime. Way better priced. Nice clean facilities. Hope they get the restroom fixed soon. Was happy to see a restroom for customers. They do have one at the office. Very happy... read more
One of the best storage facility I ever been The best customer service department always helping with any questions I had never been in any other storage facilities that take care of you the way these people do and I wish it could be more people like them.
We have been using Prime Storage for a few years now and everyone there has been so helpful with everything especially Larry. Reasonably priced and affordable! 10/10 would recommend.
