Rochelle provided us with excellent customer service! She was professional and knowledgeable. She took her time to thoroughly show us around the facility and explain all the steps. Her helpful tips and clear explanations made the process smooth and easy to understand.
Setting up the unit rental was fast and painless. Facility is clean and staff has always been friendly and helpful. Always felt like my things were safe. Moving out was also easy. Highly recommend!
