Excellent service, beautiful facilities, nice and clean storage. We transferred from other storage to this location. The Office Assistant was awesome and helpful very helpful extremely kind and understanding to waited to take her lunch so she can help us process the paperwork promptly. Overall a great experience! Everything from start to finish was super easy. I reserved my unit on line very quickly and when I went in the office it was an easy process. The staff was efficient and professional. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Thank you!
I would give this place ten stars if I could! The manager and employees here have been way beyond helpful and available any time I needed assistance (and even when I didn't). I really appreciate them and I wish more businesses were operated with the same courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. The facilities are cleaner and nicer than any other storage place I've used and the online deals make it a no-brainer.
Very easy process to rent a unit. Rochelle explained everything to us very simply for us to understand. She also made it easy for us to find our unit. She made it a much better experience than other storage facilities we’ve used!
Very clean, extremely pleasant staff. I had a last minute unit change I was hoping would be possible and Rochelle made it happen! The employees show they care and as a first time storage unit renter they covered as much as possible and answered all questions I had. Very happy I chose this Prime Storage!
