I chose Prime Storage for my storage facility and extremely happy in all areas of the process. Starting with my initial contact with the PS call center/customer service rep to my in person meeting with Rochelle (sp?). Rochelle was very personable and informative. Rochelle offered her assistance to locate/access the storage unit on my initial visit. Excellent service, beautiful facilities, nice and clean storage. We transferred from other storage to this location. The Office Assistant was awesome and helpful very helpful extremely kind and understanding to waited to take her lunch so she can help us process the paperwork promptly. Overall a great experience! We Recommend the site in 180 Myricks st in Taunton. MA.
Everything from start to finish was super easy. I reserved my unit on line very quickly and when I went in the office it was an easy process. The staff was efficient and professional. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Thank you!
Very easy process to rent a unit. Rochelle explained everything to us very simply for us to understand. She also made it easy for us to find our unit. She made it a much better experience than other storage facilities we’ve used!
Very clean, extremely pleasant staff. I had a last minute unit change I was hoping would be possible and Rochelle made it happen! The employees show they care and as a first time storage unit renter they covered as much as possible and answered all questions I had. Very happy I chose this Prime Storage!
