What truly stood out was her commitment to customer satisfaction. Rochelle was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to detail, making me feel valued as a customer.
Setting up the unit rental was fast and painless. Facility is clean and staff has always been friendly and helpful. Always felt like my things were safe. Moving out was also easy. Highly recommend!
I chose Prime Storage for my storage facility and extremely happy in all areas of the process. Starting with my initial contact with the PS call center/customer service rep to my in person meeting with Rochelle (sp?). Rochelle was very personable and informative. Rochelle is amazing- this is my first time renting a unit and she made the process extremely easy and answered all my questions. She was also very prompt in her responses which was awesome. 10/10 recommend.
Very nice facility. Manager on site Miranda was very helpful answering my questions regarding sizes and prices. I will be coming here in the near future to rent space before my big move. Thank you!
