I chose Prime Storage for my storage facility and extremely happy in all areas of the process. Starting with my initial contact with the PS call center/customer service rep to my in person meeting with Rochelle (sp?). Rochelle was very personable and informative. Rochelle offered her assistance to locate/access the storage unit on my initial visit. Went to the east Taunton prime storage location today and talked with Rochelle, she was great! She answered all my questions with no issues and made renting a unit painless. Highly recommend renting at this location, very nice and clean facility.
Excellent service, beautiful facilities, nice and clean storage. We transferred from other storage to this location. The Office Assistant was awesome and helpful very helpful extremely kind and understanding to waited to take her lunch so she can help us process the paperwork promptly. Overall a great experience! We Recommend the site in 180 Myricks st in Taunton. MA.
Rochelle was amazing 10/10 recommend using this storage facility. Rochelle was super nice, went over all our questions we had and went above & beyond to make sure we got what we needed!
Everything from start to finish was super easy. I reserved my unit on line very quickly and when I went in the office it was an easy process. The staff was efficient and professional. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Thank you!
