I have been a renter here for a while, and it used to be really well managed, clean everything worked properly. Then prime storage bought it from bluebird and it went downhill from there. Now there’s no one working at the front desk, the bathrooms have no toilet paper, there’s trash all over the parking lot in the hallways. I couldn’t even get in the other day because the door wouldn’t work.
Samantha was awesome! She made the process so smooth and understandable. Definitely one of the best customer-employee interactions I've had. She made getting in and out easy!
Debbie has been so very helpful whenever I have needed her. She made signing up so easy and helped with every step of the way. When I had a problem with signing in she again walked me through the process to find my way. I’m recommending your space to anyone that I talk to about it.
Debbie has consistently been friendly and helpful with questions I had setting up my unit. The facility is always clean. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for storage space.
