We had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Matthew today while choosing the storage unit that would best meet our needs. He took the time to give us a full tour of this incredible building and explain all of the options available. The facility is extremely clean, secure, and very well maintained. Matthew is absolutely awesome! He goes above and beyond to be helpful and is such a kind and thoughtful person. This storage company has figured out all possibly angles to keep our things secured, safe and accessible. Both made our experience our outstanding!
Prime Storage is the absolute best. Matt is incredibly helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. He is responsive and willing to help at any time. Prime storage is extremely clean and well run. I cannot recommend Matt and them enough, they are the best!
I am so impressed not only with the quality/technology/cleanliness of this storage facility, but particularly their incredible customer service. Marie helped get me set up and she was such a pleasure to work with - SO kind, SO helpful, SO thorough, SO fun!! I've used several storage units in the past and I've never been welcomed in this way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
1st visit; shopping for a 5x5 for our summer move Down'east. We're very fortunate to meet Matthew! He is Outstanding! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, explanatory of all billing options and deals available. The facility is immaculate! Very, very impressive. We've got a reservation now with a booking soon.
