What an awesome experience! I was in need of a storage unit kind of last minute and I was truly weighing my options. From the initial phone call with Matthew to the final moment where I left with my unit secured and snacks it was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend!

Samantha was awesome! She made the process so smooth and understandable. Definitely one of the best customer-employee interactions I've had. She made getting in and out easy!
I have been a renter here for a while, and it used to be really well managed, clean everything worked properly. Then prime storage bought it from bluebird and it went downhill from there. Now there’s no one working at the front desk, the bathrooms have no toilet paper, there’s trash all over the parking lot in the hallways. I couldn’t even get in the other day because the door wouldn’t work.
