I rented a unit yesterday at Prime storage on 100 Enterprise Ave in Scarborough, Maine, and I got to work with Anna, She was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable, I've rented at other storage facilities before, and this is the best experience I've had so far! I originally rented a 10x20, and when I went to open it up I realized that it was way too big for what I needed. And I was able to switch my unit to a 10x10 which was absolutely perfect. My partner and I have used several storage facilities that were kinda dingy and didn’t feel super secure, but at the time budget was a priority and we made them work. We are in a tiny one bedroom apartment with two kitties and a dog. Excellent service professional staff , units are clean as is the entire facility. Use of bathroom is grest.. Set up of the account online was very easy. The app works great for entry to the facility and the unit. I highly recommend this company and facility in Scarborough Maine.
I had such a great experience at Prime storage on Enterprise Drive in Scarborough. Mathew, did walk me through the process of getting the key app and activated my account to be able to open my storage unit with my phone. I really love their customer service support and how the storage is climate controlled. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for storage in Greater Portland area.
Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He was friendly and so helpful! Best experience. Clean and secure facilities. Highly recommend.
