Everything I asked for in a unit & easy access to being that I was pregnant & doing things alone. He made sure ground floor, one turn & wheel chair accessible, I needed another unit in addition & he was able to put me a few doors down to make so convenient & fast for me. Jason is absolutely amazing! Helped me decide what unit size I needed, he was so patient and walked me through multiple units and catered to what I needed. Called me promptly when packages were delivered and is always a positive light when I come to the storage unit. Great service that has me using Prime Storage for my West Coast needs too!
I rented a 10x15 unit here and had a great experience. Jason was super nice and friendly, and he really makes you feel welcome. The facility is very clean, the area feels safe, and everything was easy to set up. Jason even went out of his way to provide me with a returned key so I didn’t have to buy one, which was a really thoughtful gesture. If you’re looking for storage in a nice, safe location, I definitely recommend Prime Storage.

Exceptionally clean and easy to access facility located in the same area as multiple fast food restaurants for convenience. The door codes were easy and the facility has loading bay fans that were not running but it was not hot. The trolleys are newer and there are plenty of them as well! Elevators are large and ceilings are high in both the hallways and the elevators. Great and secure feeling space. Event the unit roll top doors are smooth and new feeling.
