I was looking for other storage options in the area seeking a lower price, but when I came to Prime Storage and was assisted by Steve I completely changed my mind. The service is very good, he is very nice and attentive, and the storage is very clean and new. I loved it really recommend 🌻
I rent a few units from Prime Westlake Steve has been very helpful with my storages and online account issues. Steve was easy to reach and was available to help me with my units and my move in process.

Prime is the closest storage facility to our home. When we went to rent a unit, Jason was friendly and helpful. Because it is a new facility, it is immaculate. The climate controlled unit we rented has cement walls on 3 sides - with previous rentals, they were galvanized steel. And did I mention clean? The elevator is easy to access, with covered parking (3 bays) right outside the door. Carts are found beside the elevator. A personal security code is used to access the building.
