Lisa is fantastic. Very helpful and assisted me with the entire process. She called when I first rented and helped answer all of the questions I had. I hope to keep storing here for a long while, and I absolutely recommend renting here - very affordable rates compared to other brands in Davenport.
Very pleased with the service. I made the reservation online and when I showed up, Lisa was sure to show me the unit I chose to be sure it was what I wanted. She provided directions around the building, showed me different door access, and locations of elevators. She was awesome!
I highly recommend this storage facility! We only had our unit for 6 months during the home buying/selling process but this place was great! I did everything online to reserve the unit then finished the process in the rental office on site! Victor was incredibly helpful, walked me to my unit and showed the various paths I could take to get there.
