Miss Lisa went above and beyond for me and my family. She is the only one who can provide excellent customer service. My family was lost but she listened and helped us out with this amazing storage. Hi. I just rented a storage unit from Prime Storage in Davenport. Victor was great. He was easy to work with and very professional. He walked me through the unit area and ensured I understood everything from using the key pad to the different ways to get in and out the building. The storage unit and company areas are super clean, the price was fair and the security is tight. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new, clean and secure storage company. Amazing costumer service from Victor as well Lisa thank you guys for the help I was able to grab my 10×10 thank yall so much!! Victor was able to provide me with a small quick tour to where my Unit is going to be located very nice of him showing me the entrance as well bathroom as well my unit very good of hes costumer service very friendly
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Prime Storage! From the moment I walked in, Victor was incredibly kind and helpful—he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Manager Lisa was equally amazing—so accommodating and genuinely caring. It’s clear that they both go above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome and taken care of. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage place with great service and kind people!
5 stars, if not more for Lisa saving the day! I had spoke with the call center when booking my unit and unfortunately found out it was the wrong size. Thankfully Lisa was able to find us a bigger one, on the same level, and closer to the elevator! She was super helpful and had great customer service.
