I had the pleasure of working with Sheryl who is the new manager of Prime Storage Lake Worth. She was phenomenal. She assisted me in finding the right unit for my needs. She was patient and understanding and didn't stop until I got exactly what I was looking for. In an age where customer service is overlooked and employees lead with rudeness Sheryl lead with kindness and was extremely pleasant to work with.
I had a great experience at CubeSmart thanks to Marco! He was incredibly kind, professional, and patient as he showed me around and helped me choose the right storage unit size for my needs.
