I am giving CSR KHALILA 5 stars not the location itself. The location (Lake Worth) good luck on getting someone directly at the office BUT A BIG THANK YOU to KHALILA (main # CSR). Her professionalism and kindness exceeded expectations. She took the time to listen and truly help. While other CSR were quick to get me off phone without any help, KHALILA went out of her way to help not once but twice. I hope she gets recognized for her amazing customer service.
Very clean facility and upfront pricing. Great location & staff… Steve continued to follow up with me and Jason walked me through everything and made it really easy.
Absolutely avoid this place at all cost, there are more affordable and overall better companies to rent with. I was renting with Cube Smart before this crap company took over. I see other people have gone through the same problems I have. I was paying $58 when I moved my items in here. Cube Smart does increase their fees but not like this company. This company literally robs you and increases their fees every 2 months or so and without warning they just tell you a month prior we're increasing your rate. I now have to pay $1... read more
Steve at Prime Storage provided an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. After visiting two other storage facilities, Prime Storage stood out by far with the best prices and the best customer service. Peace of Mind, Quality, and Care Best management and staff around! I should’ve written a review ages ago, but here I am, over a year since I first rented my storage unit. No complaints. No problems.
