Excellent service from beginning to end. Marko and Mark were exceptionally amazing they gave great service. Made me understand the contract and how to maneuver when coming to and from the storage. They both assured the safety and security of my items and if I needed anything to let them know. Great great great service
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! Prime Storage has been a complete disappointment since taking over from CubeSmart — which, by the way, had fantastic service. The transition has been nothing short of chaotic and unprofessional. To start, our accounts were completely shut down for weeks during the handover. We weren’t even able to make payments until recently, when they finally sent out new rental agreements (which, sure, is expected with a company switch).
