I am giving CSR KHALILA 5 stars not the location itself. The location (Lake Worth) good luck on getting someone directly at the office BUT A BIG THANK YOU to KHALILA (main # CSR). Her professionalism and kindness exceeded expectations. She took the time to listen and truly help. While other CSR were quick to get me off phone without any help, KHALILA went out of her way to help not once but twice. I hope she gets recognized for her amazing customer service.
Very clean facility and upfront pricing. Great location & staff… Steve continued to follow up with me and Jason walked me through everything and made it really easy.
Steve at Prime Storage provided an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Peace of Mind, Quality, and Care Best management and staff around! I should’ve written a review ages ago, but here I am, over a year since I first rented my storage unit. No complaints. No problems. Jason, the general manager at the front desk was very helpful, personable and honest upon arrival. He took his time to explain to us the procedures and everything we needed to know about the easy process. Facility is clean and in good condition. Great service and location.
