I am giving CSR KHALILA 5 stars not the location itself. The location (Lake Worth) good luck on getting someone directly at the office BUT A BIG THANK YOU to KHALILA (main # CSR). Her professionalism and kindness exceeded expectations. She took the time to listen and truly help. While other CSR were quick to get me off phone without any help, KHALILA went out of her way to help not once but twice. I hope she gets recognized for her amazing customer service.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They demonstrated a high level of awareness and appreciation for their system, facilities, rates, and discounts. They went above and beyond to ensure that I secured the desired space at a favorable rate. Big thanks to Tyler and Cheryl!!!

Steve at Prime Storage provided an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. Peace of Mind, Quality, and Care Best management and staff around! I should’ve written a review ages ago, but here I am, over a year since I first rented my storage unit. No complaints. No problems.
