Mitch was great at explaining the differences among Medicare, Medigap, and Medicare Advantage plans. Very patient in answering questions. He presented the information like a teacher making it and the various terminologies understandable. We will look forward to doing business with Mitch going forward when our time for this type of coverage is needed.
